The Naturals have won 13 of their last 15 after a doubleheader sweep at Arkansas. Andy Ferguson moved to 4-0 with a 0.85 ERA as he worked 5.2 innings, allowing a run, six hits and no walks plus three strikeouts. He has 37 strikeouts against just eight walks through 31.2 innings. Northwest Arkansas scored all three runs in the sixth, with Alex Liddi tripling home a pair. J.C. Sulbaran (6.0 IP, 5 H, 2 ER, 1 BB, 2 SO) picked up the win in game two. Angel Franco went 2-for-5 with a solo homer and three runs scored. Mike Bianucci posted three hits and three RBIs. Terrance Gore added two stolen bases and two runs.

Wilmington pitchers fanned 15 in a second straight win over Lynchburg. The staff leads the league with 240 strikeouts and also has the fewest walks at 62. Alec Mills (6.0 IP, 5 H, 2 ER, 1 BB, 8 SO) set a season high in strikeouts. Logan Moon posted a pair of RBI singles. Frank Schwindel added two hits and an RBI. Cam Gallagher returned from a disabled list stint, going 2-for-3 plus a run.

Lexington Legends (13-17)

Lexington slugged three homers to even a four-game set at 1-1. Carlos Garcia and Alfredo Escalera hit back-to-back shots in the first, with Garcia's a leadoff homer. Wander Franco's three-run homer made it 10-6 in the fourth. Kyle Pollock added two singles and three RBIs.
