The Kansas City Royals announced today that the club has reinstated right-handed pitcher Dillon Gee from the Paternity Leave List. Gee, 29, will be in uniform for tonight's 6:15 p.m. game against the Detroit Tigers. In a corresponding roster move, the Royals have optioned right-handed pitcher Miguel Almonte to Omaha (AAA).
