Twins' game on Saturday changed to 12:05 p.m. start

CLEVELAND -- With the Twins in postseason contention during the final week of the season, their game against the Royals on Saturday will be changed to a 12:05 p.m. CT start to be broadcast nationally on FOX.

The game was originally scheduled to be played at 6:10 p.m., and was to be televised on FOX Sports North.

The Twins, who are looking to make the postseason for the first time since 2010, are 1 1/2 games back of the Astros for the second American League Wild Card spot with six games left in the season. The Angels are also ahead of Minnesota by one game.

The Twins are 7-9 this season against the Royals, who already clinched their first-ever American League Central title on Thursday, but are looking to secure home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
