Flaherty draws another start against Royals

KANSAS CITY -- Ryan Flaherty drew another start at second base for the Orioles on Friday against the Royals, but manager Buck Showalter said Jonathan Schoop (sore right index finger) was available off the bench.

"I'm going to give [Schoop] another day, but I can use him," Showalter said.

Showalter added that Schoop would be back in the lineup on Saturday against left-hander Danny Duffy. Schoop had his right index finger wrapped on Friday.
