Safeco Field hosts Chef Tom Douglas salmon bake

Sept. 4th before, during Mariners game vs. Boston Red Sox

The Seattle Mariners and Safeco Field concessions partner Centerplate are hosting a special salmon bake by James Beard Award winner and noted Seattle chef and restaurateur Tom Douglas at Lookout Landing on Tuesday, September 4, when the Mariners take on the Boston Red Sox. Game time is 7:10pm.

The menu for the special dinner by Chef Douglas is apple wood grilled salmon, collard green potato salad, grilled Washington corn and a wedge of watermelon all for $15. There will also be happy hour drink specials at Lookout Landing from 5:10-7:10pm. The salmon dinner is available for purchase to all ticketed fans at the game while supplies last.

Lookout Landing is located on the Upper Concourse at Safeco Field down the left field line. It is accessible to all fans via escalators, elevators, ramps and stairs.

Tickets for Tuesday’s game, and all other games on the Mariners 2012 home schedule, are available at www.mariners.com/tickets. They can also be purchased with no service charge at Seattle Mariners Team Stores (Bellevue Square, Southcenter Mall, Alderwood Mall, and at 4th and Stewart in downtown Seattle) and the Safeco Field box office.
