"Spring Madness (414)" set for May 13-15 at Miller Park

$4 beer among concession savings on tap

MILWAUKEE - It's been a long winter in Milwaukee, but with the Brewers season in full swing and the temperatures beginning to rise, it's finally starting to feel like spring in the "414."

To celebrate spring's arrival, the Brewers have added additional elements to their annual Spring Madness celebration to be held at Miller Park, May 13 - 15 as the Pittsburgh Pirates head to town for a three-game series.

The promotion again will feature 50% off select tickets throughout the series. In addition, for all three games, the Brewers will celebrate the "414" with special deals on select concession items. All domestic draft, 16-ounce beers will be $4, small Pepsi products and hot dogs will be $1, and nachos will be $4.

"Spring Madness is always one of our most popular annual promotions, not just because of the ticket savings but also because it signals that summer is right around the corner," said Brewers Chief Operating Officer Rick Schlesinger. "With the team's strong start this year, we thought we would add to the fun with these additional offers on some of our most popular concession items."

In past years, $1 hot dogs and small Pepsi products have been included in the Spring Madness offerings. The deals on draft beer and nachos are new for 2014.
