Spring Training Tickets Go On Sale Saturday, January 12

The Minnesota Twins today announced that single-game tickets for the 2013 Spring Training campaign go on sale on Saturday, Jan. 12 at 9 a.m. EST (8 a.m. CST).

Single-game tickets can be purchased beginning Saturday, Jan. 12 at www.twinsbaseball.com, by calling 1-800-33-TWINS (800-338-9467), by visiting the Target Field Box Office or the Hammond Stadium box office in Fort Myers. Beginning Saturday, Jan. 12, box office hours at Hammond Stadium, are from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. (EST) on Saturday and Sunday. The Hammond Stadium box office will have extended hours on Saturday, Jan. 12, as tickets can be purchased from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (EST) on that day as well as during home games.

Twins pitchers and catchers are scheduled to report on Tuesday, Feb. 12, with their first workout slated for Wednesday, Feb. 13. The balance of the squad is scheduled to report on Friday, Feb. 15, with full-squad workouts beginning on Saturday, Feb. 16.

The Twins' 2013 Spring Training home opener will take place at Hammond Stadium on Sunday, Feb. 24 against the Tampa Bay Rays with the first pitch slated for 1:05 p.m. EST. Additional highlights of the Twins' 19-game home Grapefruit League schedule include three games against the AL Wild Card Baltimore Orioles with the first being played on Thursday, Feb. 28, a visit by the Puerto Rican World Baseball Classic squad on Wednesday, March 6, a visit by the AL East Division Champion New York Yankees on Friday, March 22 and a visit by the NL Central Division Champion St. Louis Cardinals on Monday, March 25.

The Twins’ 2013 Spring Training home schedule also includes four games against the Boston Red Sox concluding with the final game at Hammond Stadium on Friday, March 29 at 1:05 p.m. EDT.

New Spring Training Fan Experience Packages Now Available

For the first time ever, the Minnesota Twins are offering exclusive travel packages, allowing fans to experience Spring Training in Fort Myers, Florida like never before.
