Sriracha Night at Safeco Field

Sriracha Night is back at Safeco Field. Fans can share their love of the spicy red condiment with other devoted followers with a Main Level seat, a Mariners Sriracha t-shirt and voucher for a menu item made with the hot sauce.

Tickets are only available online at Mariners.com/hot. The cost is $30. The deadline to purchase is noon on Wednesday, May 27.

Because this is a special promotion, T-shirts are only available for those who purchase through the online offer.

Centerplate, the Mariners Safeco Field concessions partner, has created a special menu of items that feature the spicy red paste. They include:

• Mariners Dog topped with Sriracha-infused cream cheese
• Pizza by the slice topped with Sriracha tomato sauce
• Deep fried mac & cheese balls served with a side of Sriracha ranch dipping sauce
• Garlic Fries tossed with Sriracha and served with an extra drizzle of hot sauce on top
• Dirty Tots tater tots kicked up with a squeeze of Sriracha

There will also be special drinks available:

• Sriracha flavored soft-serve shakes
• Strawberry margaritas with Cazadores Blanco and fresh lime juice spiked with Sriracha
• Sriracha-ladas with Cazadores Blanco, fresh lime juice, Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, Sriracha salt rim, with a Corona beer floater.

Some Sriracha menu items will be available for purchase for $6 each at the Big League Burger stand at Sec. 106.
