Bochy has chosen right-hander Zack Greinke of the Los Angeles Dodgers as the NL's starting pitcher. Greinke, a three-time All-Star and the 2009 American League Cy Young Award winner, boasts a Major League-best 1.39 ERA at the All-Star break. Greinke (18 GS, 8-2, 123.1 IP, 84 H, 106 SO, 20 BB, 0.84 WHIP, .191 average against) is currently amid a stretch of throwing five consecutive scoreless starts, which comprises a career-high streak of 35.2 shutout innings. The Florida native has allowed one run or less in 14 of his 18 starts on the season. Greinke, 31, will be the first Dodger hurler to start the All-Star Game since Brad Penny in 2006.

Yost's AL lineup is exclusively right-handed, marking the first time ever that the AL has not had a left-handed hitter or a switch-hitter in its starting lineup in the All-Star Game. An entirely right-handed lineup has only been used once before in the history of the Midsummer Classic (1962, 1st of the two ASGs, by the NL). The AL lineup is as follows:

Yost has chosen left-hander Dallas Keuchel of the Houston Astros as the AL's starting pitcher. Keuchel, 27, is 11-4 with a 2.23 ERA (19 GS, 137.1 IP, 104 H, 114 SO, 34 BB, 1.00 WHIP, .208 average against). The slick-fielding Keuchel has thrown at least six innings in each of his 19 starts this season, and his torrid April (3-0, 0.73 ERA, 37.0 IP, 16 H, 3 ER) was a key to Houston's strong start and first half. The fourth-year Major Leaguer from the University of Arkansas will join J.R. Richard (1980), Mike Scott (1987) and Roger Clemens (2004) as the only Astros pitchers to have started the Midsummer Classic.

The 2015 All-Star Game will be played at Great American Ball Park on Tuesday, July 14th. The 86th All-Star Game will be televised nationally by FOX Sports; in Canada by Rogers Sportsnet and RDS; and worldwide by partners in more than 160 countries. ESPN Radio and ESPN Radio Deportes will provide exclusive national radio coverage of the All-Star Game. MLB Network, MLB.com and Sirius XM also will provide comprehensive All-Star Week coverage.
