Steven Wright undergoes successful surgery

Boston Red Sox right-handed pitcher Steven Wright underwent a successful cartilage restoration procedure on his left knee today. The surgery was performed by Dr. Riley Williams III at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, NY. Wright is anticipated to be ready for the 2018 season.
