Texas Rangers 2017 Spring Training tickets go on sale on Saturday

Tickets for 2017 Texas Rangers spring training home games at Surprise Stadium will go on sale, TOMORROW, SATURDAY, DECEMBER 10 at 9:00 a.m. CT.

Tickets for 2017 Texas Rangers spring training home games at Surprise Stadium will go on sale, TOMORROW, SATURDAY, DECEMBER 10 at 9:00 a.m. CT. Tickets can be purchased on-line at texasrangers.com or by phone through Tickets.com at 888-755-2583.
The Rangers will play 17 home games at Surprise Stadium this spring beginning with the Cactus League opener on Saturday, February 25 vs. the Kansas City Royals. In addition, the Rangers will play the Chicago White Sox, Colorado Rockies, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Seattle Mariners twice each in Surprise with single home games against the Arizona Diamondbacks, Chicago Cubs, Cleveland Indians, Los Angeles Angels, Milwaukee Brewers, San Diego Padres, and San Francisco Giants. Texas will also play Venezuela's World Baseball Classic squad in an exhibition game on Thursday, March 9 at Surprise Stadium.
Texas will play night games in Surprise with San Francisco on Monday, March 13 and with the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday, March 21, both at 6:05 p.m. MT. All other Rangers home games in Surprise will begin at 1:05 p.m. MT with the exception of the March 23 contest with the Los Angeles Dodgers, a 4:05 p.m. MT start.
2017 individual ticket prices for Texas Rangers games at Surprise Stadium: Lower Premium--$30.00; Lower Dugout--$29.00; Upper Dugout--$26.00; Infield--$25.00; Plaza--$19.00; and Lawn--$8.00. Dynamic pricing may apply to select premium games with ticket prices ranging from $13.00-$35.00. Full season, half season, and 7-game ticket packages are also available as well as group ticket packages. Parking is free to all games at Surprise Stadium.

Tickets can also be purchased by mail. Fans can go to surprisespringtraining.com to download an order form. The Surprise Stadium Ticket Office, located at 15960 N. Bullard Ave. in Surprise, will open on Saturday, January 7. Please note that lawn tickets will not go on sale until Friday, February 17.
RANGERS ANNOUNCE SPRING TRAINING REPORT AND FIRST WORKOUT DATES
The Texas Rangers today announced the reporting and first workout dates for the team's 2017 major league spring training camp in Surprise, Arizona. Any pitchers participating in the World Baseball Classic and catchers will report on Tuesday, February 14 and work out for the first time the following day. The reporting date for the remainder of the pitchers as well as any position players participating in the World Baseball Classic is Friday, February 17. The first full squad workout is scheduled for Tuesday, February 21. Texas begins its spring training schedule on Saturday, February 25 versus the Kansas City Royals at Surprise Stadium.
