  • Teacher Appreciation Night presented by GDF Suez . In its 14th year, the Phillies will celebrate teachers by honoring ten educators, chosen from hundreds of nominations, who make a difference in the lives of their students and in their community.
    • Centerfielder Ben Revere will honor two of his favorite teachers, Sharon Calhoun and Joan Wood, from St. Mark's School in Richmond, KY on-field during pregame.
    • Teachers who present their school ID will receive a tote bag courtesy of GDF Suez at the First Base Plaza kiosk.
  • On-Field Pregame Performance by Wissahickon Middle School Band.
  • National Anthem: Wissahickon Middle School Choir, directed by Jill Moyer, sister of Phillies broadcaster Jamie Moyer.
  • Special Welcome: Central Bucks and Wissahickon Middle School.

  • Youth Baseball Celebration Night. Nearly 4,000 youth baseball players will parade around the field beginning at 6:15 p.m.
  • Citizens Bank Park Saturdays: Phillies Alumnus, Brad Lidge, will throw out the first ball. Lidge will always be remembered for recording the final out of the 2008 World Series at Citizens Bank Park on October 29, 2008, as well as being perfect with 48-for-48 saves that season.
