Saturday was a special night for Paul Konerko from start to finish. The White Sox organization and fans showed their love for their longtime captain all night long, starting with a pre-game ceremony and ending when Konerko exited the game in the seventh inning, to a truly raucous ovation. It was a chills-inducing moment.
