Here's a look at Tuesday's top Minor League performers from each team's Top 30 Prospects list:

AMERICAN LEAGUE EAST

Blue Jays: Yennsy Diaz, RHP (No. 23) -- 7 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 4 BB, 2 K (Double-A New Hampshire)
Diaz struggled a bit with his command and surely could have gone without the four walks, but they didn't prevent him from spinning the first complete game shutout of his career. Diaz, a 23-year-old, who signed with the Blue Jays out of the Dominican Republic in 2014, threw 50 of his 84 pitches for strikes and surrendered just a pair of hits, bringing his ERA down to 3.75 in his first Double-A experience.

Orioles: Zac Lowther, LHP (No. 8) -- 7.2 IP, 6 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 7 K (Double-A Bowie)
Lowther's strong start to the season continues as he picked up his third win over seven starts for Bowie. The 23-year-old threw 66 of his 90 pitches for strikes and has held opponents scoreless in two of his past three starts. Lowther, the 74th overall pick of the 2017 Draft, is competing at the Double-A level for the first time and has pitched to a 2.17 ERA with 31 strikeouts over 37 1/3 innings.

Rays: Wander Franco, SS (No. 1, No. 5 in MLB) -- 2-for-4, HR, RBI (Class A Bowling Green)
Franco boosted his average to .296 with his fourth homer of the year and has put together back-to-back two-hit games. Franco, who signed with the Rays is 2017, is just 18 years old but has been impressive with Bowling Green thus far. In his professional debut (2018), Franco hit .351 with 11 homers over 61 games. The sample size is still small, but Franco certainly appears to be on the fast track to the Majors.

Red Sox: Josh Ockimey, 1B (No. 25) -- 2-for-2, 2 HR, 3 RBI, 2 BB (Triple-A Pawtucket)
Ockimey pushed his home run total to 10, halfway to last year's number, with his second two-homer game over the past five days. Ockimey is hitting .230 this season and just .138 in May, but his power seemingly hasn't been affected as he's hit five homers over the past four games. The Red Sox grabbed Ockimey in the fifth round of the 2014 Draft.

Yankees: Albert Abreu, RHP (No. 3) -- 6 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 3 BB, 8 K (Double-A Trenton)
The 23-year-old threw 51 of his 93 pitches for strikes, but was stuck with a no decision. Abreu has given up one run or fewer in three straight starts and in four of his past five. The eight strikeouts marked a season high, but the three walks are a continuing problem as Abreu has issued 22 walks in 32 2/3 innings.

AMERICAN LEAGUE CENTRAL

Indians: Bo Naylor, C (No. 4) -- 2-for-4, 2 2B, RBI (Class A Lake County)
Naylor extended his hitting streak to five games with a pair of doubles and may be on his way toward a hot stretch at the plate. The 19-year-old, a first-round pick from last year's Draft, is hitting just .213 this season, but is 6-for-18 over the past five games. Naylor, the younger brother of the Padres' Josh, hit .274 in 33 games of rookie ball last season.

Royals: Khalil Lee, OF (No. 2) -- 2-for-5, 3 R, SB (Double-A Northwest Arkansas)
After stealing 16 bases over 100 games last year, Lee has already swiped 14 bags (35 games) this year. The 20-year-old, a 2016 third-round pick, is hitting .259 this year after hitting .245 over 29 games with Northwest Arkansas at the end of the 2018 season.

Tigers: Jake Rogers, DET (No. 13) -- 2-for-3, 2B, HR, 2 RBI (Triple-A Toledo)
Rogers certainly knows how to make a first impression. In his first game since being promoted from Double-A Erie, Rogers hit his sixth homer of the season. The 24-year-old has long been referred to as one of the best, if not the best, defensive catchers in the Minors, but it was his bat that had been holding him back. The sample size is admittedly small, but this may be the year that it all clicks for the former third-round pick, whom the Tigers acquired from the Astros in 2016. Prior to his promotion Rogers hit .302 through 27 games with Erie. For context, Rogers spent all of 2018 with Erie and hit .219.

Twins: Brusdar Graterol, RHP (No. 3, MLB No. 61) -- 5 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 3 K (Double-A Pensacola)
Graterol picked up his third straight win in his second straight scoreless start (10 1/3 innings). The 20-year-old threw 46 of his 80 pitches for strikes and lowered his ERA 1.69 through six starts this season. Graterol is pitching at the Double-A level for the first time, but is seemingly having no problem with the competition and has struck out 39 over 42 2/3 innings.

White Sox: Seby Zavala, C (No. 22) -- 2-for-5, HR, RBI (Triple-A Charlotte)
Zavala hit his fourth homer of the season in his first game back from the injured list .The 25-year-old got off to a slow start this season and is just hitting .219, but perhaps the time away was what he needed. Zavala certainly seemed ready to go in his return, now it's a matter of sustaining the momentum.

AMERICAN LEAGUE WEST

A’s: Luis Barrera, OF (No. 13) -- 2-for-5, 2B, 3B, 2 RBI (Double-A Midland)
Barrera, who is hitting .282 this season, may be on a verge of a hot streak. After homering on Monday, the 23-year-old followed up with a pair of extra-base hits on Tuesday. Barrera signed with the A's in 2012, but didn't play full-season ball until 2016. Barrera really broke through last year when he hit .284 with Class A Advanced Stockton and earned an in-season promotion to Double-A. Barrera hit well (.277) in Double-A and will be seeking another in-season promotion this year as he continues to climb the ladder.

Angels: Matt Thaiss, 1B (No. 8) -- 2-for-4, RBI, BB (Triple-A Salt Lake)
Thaiss hit .280 over two levels last season, including a .277 clip through 85 games at the Triple-A level. The 24-year-old got off to a fast start this season and was hitting .379 through the first seven games, but has since cooled off and is now hitting .261. Thaiss also hit a career high 16 homers last season and if he can start producing like that again, he'll likely make his Major League debut at some point this season.

Astros: Kyle Tucker, OF (No. 2, No. 13 in MLB) -- 2-for-4, HR, RBI (Triple-A Round Rock); Yordan Alvarez, OF (No. 3, No. 26 in MLB) -- 3-for-5, 2 2B (Triple-A Round Rock)
Tucker and Alvarez continue to star in the heart of Round Rock's lineup. After a slow start to the year, Tucker is hitting .362 in May and has hits in six straight games. He's also hit six of his 11 homers this month. Meanwhile, Alvarez has been hot all season. The 21-year-old is hitting .403 through 35 games, including a .481 mark this month.

Mariners: Braden Bishop, OF (No. 11) -- 3-for-5, 2B, 2 HR, 3 RBI (Triple-A Tacoma)
Bishop put together his first two-homer game of the season and the second of his career in his second game back with Tacoma. Bishop was called up to Seattle on April 30, but went just 2-for-20 and was optioned back to Tacoma, where he is hitting .273 through 23 games. Bishop, 25, has hit .292 since the Mariners selected him in the third round of the 2015 Draft. Bishop has fared well so far this season, his first at Triple-A, and will likely be back in Seattle at some point if he continues to hit.

NATIONAL LEAGUE EAST

Braves: Austin Riley, 3B (No. 3, MLB No. 34) -- 1-for-4, HR, 4 RBI (Triple-A Gwinnett)
Riley's grand slam highlighted Gwinnett's nine-run seventh inning and continued his personal hot streak. Riley, 22, has been known for his power for quite some time and he's certainly shown why over the past couple weeks. Riley has homered 15 times this season, including 10 in the month of May. Riley homered 19 times in 2018 and 20 in both '17 and '16.

Marlins: Sixto Sanchez, RHP (No. 1, MLB No. 27) -- 6 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 7 K (Double-A Jacksonville)
After just two starts with Class A Advanced Jupiter, Sanchez was promoted to Jacksonville and immediately proved he was up to the task. The 20-year-old, acquired via an off-season trade with the Phillies, put together his best start of the season as he threw 57 of his 85 pitches for strikes. Sanchez retired the first 10 batters he faced and although he gave up a one-out singe in the fourth, he still struck out the side that inning. In fact, all seven of Sanchez's strikeouts came over the first four innings.

Mets: Anthony Kay, LHP (No. 7) -- 7 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 8 K (Double-A Binghamton)
Kay spun the first complete game of his career and picked up his third straight win in Game 1 of Binghamton's double header against Altoona. The 24-year-old, a first-round pick from the 2016 Draft, has thrown seven innings in back-to-back starts and given up just one run, while striking out 12, in the process. Kay's pro career was delayed because of Tommy John surgery, but he pitched to a 4.26 ERA in 2018 and is getting his first taste of Double-A this year.

Nationals: Joan Adon, RHP (No. 21) -- 5 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 2 BB, 3 K (Class A Hagerstown)
Adon has given up exactly one run in three straight starts (16 2/3 innings) and has a 3.12 ERA across seven starts this season. The 20-year-old, who signed with the Nationals in 2016, is making his full-season debut after splitting last year between Rookie ball and Class A Short Season. Adon racked up 40 strikeouts over 30 2/3 innings last season and has amassed 32 over 34 2/3 so far this year.

Phillies: Alec Bohm, 3B (No. 1, MLB No. 54) -- 3-for-4, 2 2B, RBI (Class A Advanced Clearwater); Nick Maton, SS (No. 18) -- 3-for-4, HR, 2 RBI (Class A Advanced Clearwater)
Bohm and Maton led the way as Clearwater won, 6-3, over Lakeland. Bohm, the Phillies first-round pick from last year's Draft, is hitting .345 in his full-season debut. Not only is Bohm working on a six-game hitting streak, but he also has multiple hits in four straight games. Maton, a seventh rounder from 2017, has also been red hot. Maton is hitting .324 this season and has multiple hits in seven straight games, including back-to-back three-hit performances.

NATIONAL LEAGUE CENTRAL

Brewers: Brice Turang, SS (No. 3) -- 2-for-4, HR, 3 RBI (Class A Wisconsin)
Turang has hits in six of his past seven games and has put together back-to-back multihit efforts for the Timber Rattlers. The homer, a two-run blast in the sixth inning, was the first of the year 19-year-old, a first-round pick from last year's Draft. Turang hit .283 with one homer over 42 games in his pro debut and is hitting .296 through 32 games this season.

Cubs: Andy Weber, SS/2B (No. 30) -- 3-for-4, 2B (Class A South Bend)
Weber is certainly consistent in the batter's box. The 24-year-old has gone 3-for-4 with a double in three straight games and lifted his average from .214 to .266 in the process. The 2018 draftee (fifth round) is more of a contact hitter than a power threat, he has just one homer this year, but the doubles are perhaps a sign that he's starting to tap into his power just a bit more.

Cardinals: Jake Woodford, RHP (No. 24) -- 7 IP, 5 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 6 K (Triple-A Memphis)
Woodford finished the 2018 season with Memphis and it appears as if that experience helped springboard him into 2019. Woodford, who has racked up 42 strikeouts over 46 2/3 innings this season, is 3-0 with a 1.74 ERA through eight starts and has surrendered one earned run or less in six of those starts. The Cardinals selected the 22-year-old with the 39th overall pick in the 2015 Draft and he's pitched to a 3.55 ERA across five Minor League seasons.

Pirates: Kevin Kramer, 2B (No. 6) -- 2-for-3, RBI (Triple-A Indianapolis)
Kramer hit .311 at the Triple-A level a season ago and finds himself hitting .267 so far this year. The 25-year-old, a second-round pick back in 2015, struggled in the early goings this season, but has caught fire recently and is hitting .364 over 11 games this month. The Pirates called up Kramer for a few days earlier this year, but he didn't get into a game. He went 5-for-37 in the Majors last year.

Reds: Jonathan India, 3B (No. 4, MLB No. 49) -- 2-for-5, 2B, HR, RBI (Class A Advanced Daytona)
India's slow start .(247 average in April) appears to be a thing of the past, as he's hitting .310 in May and has hits in eight straight games. The fifth overall pick from last year's Draft hit .240 over 44 games in his pro debut last year and is slashing .267/.356/.466 through 35 games this season.

D-backs: Alek Thomas, OF (No. 7) -- 1-for-4, HR, RBI (Class A Kane County)
Thomas hit his second homer of the year and is now hitting .293 through 33 game in his full-season debut. Selected in the second round of the 2018 Draft, Thomas was a three-sport star in high school and is more advanced than the typical high school draftee. The 19-year-old hit .333 through 56 games last season and may move fairly quickly through the D-backs' system.

Dodgers: Will Smith, C/3B (No. 5) -- 3-for-5, 2B, 4 RBI (Triple-A Oklahoma City); Matt Beaty, 1B/3B (No. 29) -- 3-for-5, 2 2B, 4 RBI (Triple-A Oklahoma City)
Smith hit .138 over 25 games with Oklahoma City last year, but has fared much better in his second go-round. The 24-year-old catcher is hitting .269 and has driven in eight runs over the past five games. The four-RBI performance was his first since 2017. Smith's first RBI came with a double in the fifth and then he drove in a trio of runs -- via a sacrifice fly and a two-run single -- in an 11-run seventh inning. Beaty also came up big in that seventh inning, coming through with a three-run double to highlight his first four-RBI game since 2016. Beaty, 26, made his Major League debut earlier this season and is hitting .299 in Triple-A.

Giants: Heath Quinn, OF (No. 13) -- 1-for-2, 3B, 2 RBI (Double-A Richmond)
Quinn was pulled for a pinch-runner in the fourth inning, but not before he left his mark on the game. The 23-year-old outfielder put the Flying Squirrels out in front with a two-run triple, his first of the year, in the fourth inning. Richmond gave up the lead and ultimately lost the game, but the Giants hope the triple could be a spark for Quinn, who has struggled this season and is hitting .206. Last year, at the Class A Advanced level, Quinn hit .300 with 14 homers over 96 games.

Padres: Xavier Edwards, SS (No. 11) -- 3-for-5, 2 RBI (Class A Fort Wayne)
Edwards extended his hitting streak to nine games with his sixth three-hit game of the season. Edwards, the 38th overall pick from last year's Draft, is just 19 years old, but that hasn't slowed him down as he's raking at a .368 clip in his full-season debut. In fact, the switch-hitting shortstop is hitting over .300 from each side of the plate and is showing that the .346 average he posted in his pro debut wasn't a fluke.

Rockies: Ryan Rolison, RHP (No. 3) -- 6 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 1 BB, 4 K (Class A Advanced Lancaster)
Rolison has picked up wins in each of his past two starts, giving up just one run each time. The 21-year-old, a first-rounder from last year's Draft, has pitched to a 1.52 ERA through four starts with Lancaster after beginning the year with Class A Asheville. Rolison, who threw 54 of his 87 pitches for strikes, gave up a first inning run, but settled down and retired 11 in a row from the second to the sixth innings.
