Twins Announce Plans for 2012 Home Opener Ticket Opportunity
Fans can now guarantee tickets to the 2012 Home Opener by purchasing a 2012 full season ticket package.
MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Minnesota Twins today announced plans for the 2012 Home Opener ticket opportunity for the Monday, April 9 game against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. In addition, the only way to guarantee tickets to the 2012 Home Opener at Target Field is by becoming a full Season Ticket Holder for the 2012 season.
Home Opener Ticket Opportunity
Beginning at TwinsFest on Friday, Jan. 27 and continuing through Monday, Feb. 6, Twins fans can register online to participate in a random draw for the opportunity to purchase up to four tickets to the 2012 Home Opener at Target Field. Fans selected through this process will be provided the opportunity to purchase tickets, based on available inventory, to the Twins Home Opener against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim on Monday, April 9 at 3:10 p.m. Fans not able to attend TwinsFest may access www.twinsbaseball.com to register for this special opportunity also starting Friday, Jan. 27.
Following registration, a pool of randomly selected winners will be chosen and provided access to an online pre-sale opportunity, based on available inventory. Winners will be notified on or about Friday, Feb. 10. The pre-sale date will be communicated to winners via email.

The only way to guarantee tickets to the 2012 Home Opener at Target Field is by becoming a full Season Ticket Holder for the 2012 season. Single-Game Ticket Sales for Balance of 2012 Regular Season
Following a private pre-sale for current Twins season ticket holders, fans can purchase single-game tickets for the 2012 season at Target Field beginning at 10 a.m. CST on Saturday, Feb. 25. Tickets will be available at www.twinsbaseball.com, by calling 612-33-TWINS (612-338-9467) or 800-33-TWINS (800-338-9467), or in-person at the Target Field Ticket Office. Tickets go on sale at Twins Pro Shops located in Apple Valley, Roseville and Minnetonka starting Monday, Feb. 27.
