Twins Minor Leaguer Salcedo suspended

The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball announced today that Minnesota Twins Minor League right-handed pitcher Adrian Salcedo has received a 100-game suspension without pay after testing positive for Heptaminol, a stimulant in violation of the Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.

The suspension of Salcedo, who is currently on the roster of the Double-A Chattanooga Lookouts of the Southern League, is effective immediately.
