Twins place Diamond and Swarzak on the disabled list

Ft. Myers, FL - The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have placed left-handed pitcher Scott Diamond on the 15-day disabled list as he continues to rehab from left elbow arthroscopy this past offseason. Additionally, the club placed right-handed pitcher Anthony Swarzak on the 15-day disabled list as he recovers from left-sided rib fractures.
