Twins place Mauer on Paternity List
Recall Butera From Triple-A Rochester
Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN - The Minnesota Twins announced that they have placed catcher Joe Mauer on the Paternity List.
To replace Mauer on the 25-man roster, the Twins have recalled catcher Drew Butera from Triple-A Rochester. Butera is expected to be in uniform for today's game in Anaheim.
In 25 games with the Red Wings, Butera is hitting .215 (17-for-79) with two doubles, two home runs and 10 RBI.
