Twins Reinstate Doumit

The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have reinstated catcher Ryan Doumit from the 7-day disabled list. Doumit missed eight games after leaving the game August 7 at Kansas City with concussion-like symptoms.

Additionally, the Twins have optioned infielder/outfielder Chris Colabello to Triple-A Rochester. Colabello was hitting .221 (19-for-86) with four home runs and eight RBI in 29 games.
