Twins to recall Liam Hendriks

Minneapolis/St. Paul -- The Minnesota Twins announced tonight that they plan to recall right-handed pitcher Liam Hendriks from Triple-A Rochester in time for Friday's split double header. He is scheduled to start the second game on Friday in Chicago. Hendriks has made 14 starts for the Red Wings this season, going 3-8, with a 5.12 ERA (84.1 IP, 48 ER) with 14 walks, 50 strikeouts and one complete game. 

Hendriks made two starts for the Twins earlier this season, going 0-1, with a 4.66 ERA (9.2 IP, 5 ER) with one walk and five strikeouts.
