After he struggled in his last start for Triple-A Indianapolis, Pirates No. 1 prospect Tyler Glasnow returned to form Tuesday to fire six scoreless innings in a win against Durham.
Glasnow, No. 8 on the Top 100, was nothing short of dominant, allowing two hits and one walk while setting a Triple-A career-high with 11 strikeouts. He threw 56 of his season-high 87 pitches for strikes and, after logging exactly five innings in his first three turns, the six frames marked his longest of the season for the Indians.

"It felt good to reach that," Glasnow told MiLB.com of his strikeout total. "I just went out like a normal start, really. That wasn't the goal to strike out so many, really. But if you're out there hitting your spots, trying to get ground balls, trying to get outs, that's what happens."
The 22-year-old righty has struck out 30 batters in 21 innings this season, giving him the highest K/9 rate (12.9) among Triple-A pitchers. Overall, Glasnow has posted a 2.57 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 30/7 K/BB ratio for the Indians. Opposing hitters are hitting a meager .203 against him.
Pirates Nos. 10 and 13 prospects Alen Hanson and Willy Garcia provided Glasnow with plenty of run support in the win, as both players delivered two-run home runs in the ninth inning as part of multi-hit performances at the plate.

• No. 4 overall prospect Orlando Arcia (Brewers' No. 1) powered Triple-A Colorado Springs past Omaha, 11-9, with a grand slam in the top of the sixth inning. The home run was the second of the season for the 21-year-old shortstop, and he also swiped his first three bags of 2016. Arcia has hit safely in four straight games and owns a .313 average with 13 RBIs through 17 games for the Sky Sox.

• No. 26 overall prospect Ozzie Albies (Braves' No. 3) connected on a leadoff home run, his first long ball of the year, in Double-A Mississippi's win against Biloxi. He finished the game 3-for-5 at the plate, also hitting a double and driving in two runs. The 19-year-old shortstop has been outstanding so far in his first taste of the Double-A level, batting .351/.412/.494 through his first 20 games.

• No. 27 overall prospect Jorge Mateo's (Yankees' No. 1) second home run of the year -- a three-run shot in the eighth inning -- was one of six dingers hit by Class A Advanced Tampa in its win against Dunedin. He's making an impact both with his bat and his 80-grade speed, batting .308/.387/.492 with 15 runs scored, 13 RBIs and seven steals over 17 games in the Florida State League.
• No. 31 overall prospect Jesse Winker (Reds' No. 1) went 2-for-4 with first home run of the season and drove in four of Triple-A Louisville's seven runs in a win against Norfolk. As expected, the 22-year-old outfielder is hitting for average (.316) and reaching base at a high clip (.403), but he has yet to show much power, with three extra-base hits in his first 15 contests for the Bats. On the mound, No. 63 overall prospect Cody Reed (Reds' No. 3) struck out six over five innings of one-run ball to record his first win of the year.

• No. 64 overall prospect Braden Shipley (D-backs' No. 1) turned in his best start of the season for Triple-A Reno as he scattered three hits over seven scoreless innings against Fresno. The 2013 first-rounder walked one, induced nine ground-ball outs and struck out a season-high eight batters, with 64 of his 107 pitches going for strikes.

Providing the offense for Reno was No. 9 prospect Peter O'Brien, who went 2-for-4 and grabbed a share of the Minor League lead with his seventh home run of the season. The 25-year-old slugger has jumped the yard in each of his past three games for the Aces, with four home runs and eight RBIs in that span.

• No. 76 overall prospect Amed Rosario (Mets' No. 3) went 3-for-5 and knocked in four two-out runs to lead Class A Advanced St. Lucie past Charlotte, 10-5. The 20-year-old shortstop, who hit .257/.307/.335 in 103 games with St. Lucie in 2015, launched his third home run of the season, a two-run shot, in the top of the seventh and then added a two-run triple in the eighth. Rosario has excelled as the Mets' three-hole hitter thus far, with a .321/.345/.590 batting line, 10 extra-base hits and 13 RBIs in 19 games.
• No. 90 overall prospect Bobby Bradley (Indians' No. 3) filled out the box score in Class A Advanced Lynchburg's win against Winston-Salem, going 3-for-4 with a two-run home run and four runs scored. After he paced the Class A Midwest League with 27 dingers in 2015, Bradley, 19, has hit four homers in his first 17 contests for the Hillcats, and he's batting .254 with a .338 on-base percentage and 29 strikeouts.
• Cubs No. 7 prospect Jeimer Candelario went 2-for-3 with his second home run and matched his career-high with six RBIs in Double-A Tennessee's rout of Mobile. The switch-hitting third baseman also hit a double and walked twice in the game, while the multi-hit performance extended his hitting streak to six games.
• Marlins No. 2 prospect Josh Naylor homered in his third consecutive game for Class A Greensboro, which lost to Hickory, 7-5. The 18-year-old Canadian first baseman -- Miami's first-round Draft pick in 2015 -- has been red hot over his past four games, hitting a robust .667 (10-for-15) with five runs scored and eight RBIs.
• Nationals No. 14 prospect Drew Ward went 2-for-5 with a pair of home runs and five RBIs for Class A Advanced Potomac in a win against Myrtle Beach. The 21-year-old third baseman's three-run homer with two outs in the first gave the P-Nats an early lead, and he ripped a solo shot in the sixth. Ward is off to a strong start this year in his return to Potomac. He's batting .333/.415/.597 with five home runs and 16 RBIs through 19 games.
• Twins No. 6 prospect Stephen Gonsalves was dominant once again for Class A Advanced Fort Myers as he allowed just a pair of hits and two walks over six scoreless innings in a win against Jupiter. The left-hander fanned six and threw 60 of his 92 pitches for strikes, and he's now given up two hits in each of his past three turns for the Miracle. Gonsalves, 21, has pitched to a 1.44 ERA, 0.72 WHIP and 24/6 K/BB ratio in 25 innings.
