The surging Astros, who have won 10 of their last 11 games, return home to begin a 10-game homestand at Minute Maid Park tomorrow. The Astros kick off game action against the Chicago White Sox (July 1-3) and then host two division rivals. Houston faces off against the Seattle Mariners(July 4-6) and Oakland Athletics(July 7-10), hoping to gain ground in the division and Wild Card races. The Astros went 18-8 in June to follow up a 17-12 effort in May, and own the third-best winning percentage in the American League since May 1. They enter the homestand a season-best five games over .500 and just a half-game behind in the AL Wild Card race.

Big and Bright Friday Night fireworks return postgame, featuring an Americana musical theme. Fireworks will begin approximately 15 minutes following the conclusion of Friday's 7:10 p.m. game vs. the White Sox.
Continuing this Friday, the Astros Foundation will be raffling off a 2016 Harley Davidson motorcycle, donated by Crane Freight Services. Proceeds will benefit the Sunshine Kids Foundation, Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Family Alliance, Ronald McDonald House Houston and the Astros Foundation. Tickets will be sold during every Friday, Saturday and Sunday home game, now through September 11 on the main concourse behind home plate. Tickets are one (1) for $20 or six (6) for $100. The winner will be announced at the game on Monday, September 12 vs. the Texas Rangers (winner need not be present to win).

Prior to Saturday's 3:10 p.m. contest, 10,000 fans will receive a Carlos Correa 2015 Rookie of the Year Bobblehead, presented by Coca-Cola. Correa became the fourth Astros player in 2016 to be named the AL Player of the Week on Monday. Saturday's giveaway is the second of the 2016 Award Series Bobbleheads, which celebrates the first time in franchise history that the Astros boasted a Cy Young Award winner, Rookie of the Year, two Gold Glove recipients and a Silver Slugger in a single season. The first of the 2016 Award Series Bobbleheads was a Dallas Keuchel Cy Young/Gold Glove Bobblehead and also includes a Jose Altuve Silver Slugger/Gold Glove Bobblehead, which will be given away on Saturday, August 27.

Sunday is Coca-Cola Astros Buddies "Behind the Scenes" day. The Astros are celebrating the Fourth of July with Military Appreciation Day, presented by Whataburger. Members of the US military will participate in a special pregame ceremony, which will feature a giant American flag as well as the representative flags of each branch of the military. A ceremonial first pitch will be thrown out by Sgt. Nicholas Low, who will also be presented with free Whataburger for a year. Sgt. Low is a combat veteran who spent six years in the Marines as an Amphibious Assaultman and was deployed to Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. A native of Katy, TX, Low has received the Navy Achievement Medal, Combat Action Ribbon and a Presidential Unit Citation from President George W. Bush.
Military Appreciation Day will continue with Sgt. Promise Harris singing the National Anthem and God Bless America. Four-time U.S. All-Around Gymnastics Champion and Spring, TX native Simone Biles will also throw out a ceremonial first pitch on Monday. Biles will be representing the U.S. in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio in August. Additionally, 1,000 total tickets to Monday's game were donated to the United Services Organization (USO) and Lone Star Veterans Association (LSVA). The Astros will also wear special-edition commemorative jerseys for that day's 1:10 p.m. game.
Prior to Monday's day game, 10,000 fans will also receive a Patriotic T-shirt, presented by Cutter.

The Cal Ripken Foundation, Major League Baseball, Scotts and the Houston Astros are celebrating the opening of a newly renovated ballfield for the Moreland Boys and Girls Club of Houston. Earlier in the day, a baseball clinic will take place at the new ballfield for 50 young athletes from the Boys and Girls Club. And prior to Wednesday's 7:10 p.m. contest, representatives from the Cal Ripken Foundation and Scotts will join Astros Foundation and Community Relations Executive Director Twila Carter on the field of Minute Maid Park for a pregame ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of the new field. The Astros will also host 50 members of the Moreland Boys and Girls Club for that night's game against Seattle.
Prior to Wednesday's game, catcher Jason Castro will appear at the 3939 Red Bluff Road Whataburger location in Pasadena, beginning at 11:00 a.m. He will be joined by Orbit, the AstrosShuttle Crew and Coca-Cola Shooting Stars. Autographs will be limited to the first 225 guests that arrive.

Astros RHP Scott Feldman will be honored as a 2016 finalist for the Bob Feller Act of Valor Award prior to Saturday's contest during an on-field pregame ceremony featuring members of the Bob Feller Act of Valor Award Foundation and US Navy. Feldman will also be hosting 30 veterans from The Wounded Warrior Project on July 9 as part of the Feldman's Heroes program. Feldman hosts veterans from The Wounded Warrior Project to Astros games at the ballpark twice a month.
The Astros will host the first of three Astros After Parties, presented by Budweiser. The Astros After Parties will take place in the FiveSeven Grille just beyond Center Field, and will feature drink and appetizer specials beginning in the 7th inning, trivia and prizes starting in the 8th inning, and live music immediately following the final out. This event is free to fans with a ticket to the game and will last for one hour after the conclusion of the game. The Astros After Party will take place after the games on July 9, July 23 and August 6.
