Sizzling left-hander Dallas Keuchel will attempt to keep his ERA below 2.00, while right-handers Dylan Bundy, Michael Pineda, Gerrit Cole and Zack Greinke look to keep opposing hitters off balance throughout the day.

Clash in the nation's capital: BAL@WSH, 7:05 p.m.
Bundy has carried the Orioles' rotation to this point of the season, going 5-1 with a 2.17 ERA. Manager Buck Showalter has unleashed the former No. 1 overall prospect, allowing him to work deeper into games this season. The 24-year-old has topped 100 pitches in five of his seven outings while throwing 99 pitches in each of his other two.
The Nationals counter Bundy with right-hander A.J. Cole, who won his only start this season with six innings of one-run ball in a 6-2 victory over the Phillies. Cole, 25, went 1-2 with a 5.17 ERA in eight starts for Washington in 2016.

Epic battle in the Bronx: HOU@NYY, 7:05 p.m.
Teams with two of the best records in the Majors go head-to-head when the Astros take on the Yankees in the Big Apple as they open up a four-game set.
Keuchel has helped Houston get off to the best start in franchise history, beginning the season 5-0 with a 1.88 ERA. The 2015 American League Cy Young Award winner is pitching like he wants to win the award again in '17. His most recent start against the Angels was his worst of the season as he allowed five runs, but he still managed to complete eight innings in the Astros' 7-6 victory.
Pineda will try to play a part in handing Keuchel his first loss of the year when he toes the rubber opposite the Astros' left-handed ace. The 28-year-old righty has won three consecutive decisions, and the Yankees have pulled out a victory in all but one of his six outings this season.

Duel in the desert: PIT@ARI, 9:40 p.m.
The Pirates and D-backs send their No. 1 starters to the mound for Thursday night's series opener between the two clubs. Pittsburgh's Cole is set to face Arizona's Greinke.
Cole makes his eighth start of the season on the heels of a no-decision against the Brewers in which he allowed one run over seven innings while permitting just two hits and striking out eight.
Greinke will look to improve on his 5.04 career ERA against Pittsburgh. The right-hander has a 6-3 lifetime record versus the Pirates, but he has permitted 34 earned runs in 60 2/3 innings.
