White Sox Announce 2015 Broadcast Schedule

CHICAGO - The Chicago White Sox, Comcast SportsNet, WGN-TV, WPWR-TV, WSCR-AM 670 The Score and WRTO-AM 1200/Univision Radio have announced the team's television and radio broadcast schedule for the 2015 season.

Comcast SportsNet (CSN and CSN+) will televise 106 regular-season games, beginning with Opening Day on Monday, April 6 at Kansas City (3:10 p.m. CDT). CSN also will air the White Sox home opener on Friday, April 10 vs. Minnesota (3:10 p.m.)

WGN-TV is scheduled to broadcast 35 White Sox games this season, beginning with the club's second game on Wednesday, April 8 at the Royals (7:10 p.m.). WPWR-TV/My50 begins its first season as a broadcast partner of the Sox, televising 20 games. WPWR opens its broadcast slate on Tuesday, April 14 at Cleveland (6:10 p.m.). 

Chicago is currently scheduled for two nationally televised games: Saturday, June 6 vs. Detroit on WFLD-TV/FOX (6:15 p.m.) and Monday, June 22 at Minnesota on CSN and ESPN (7:10 p.m.). FOX Sports and ESPN may add additional White Sox games during the season.

All CSN, WGN-TV, WPWR-TV, WFLD-TV and ESPN telecasts will be available in high definition. Game times and television networks are subject to change.

The nine games scheduled for Comcast SportsNet Plus (CSN+) will be available in high-definition on Comcast/Xfinity channel 201 and in standard-definition on CLTV in the Chicagoland area. Viewers are urged to visit CSNChicago.com for specific channel locations. The first CSN+ telecast is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6 vs. Detroit (7:10 p.m.).

WGN will air the first game of the crosstown series vs. Cubs from Wrigley Field on Friday, July 10 at 3:05 p.m. CSN will broadcast the second and third games on July 11-12 (3:05 p.m. and 1:20 p.m.). When the series moves to U.S. Cellular Field, WGN will air the first game on Friday, August 14 (3:10 p.m.) and third game on Sunday, August 16 (1:10 p.m.) while CSN will broadcast the Saturday contest (6:10 p.m.).

Play-by-play announcer Ken "Hawk" Harrelson begins his 31st season in the White Sox television booth in 2015 alongside analyst Steve Stone, who is set to begin his eighth season as a Sox broadcaster. Harrelson and Stone, who are scheduled to call all games on CSN/CSN+, WGN and WPWR, have worked together since 2009.

WSCR-AM 670 The Score, the White Sox flagship radio station, will broadcast all 162 games. The on-air duo of former Sox pitcher Ed Farmer (play-by-play) and former outfielder Darrin Jackson (analyst) returns for its seventh season together.

WRTO-AM 1200/Univision Radio returns as the Spanish-language radio home of White Sox baseball following a seven-year run from 2005-11. WRTO-AM will broadcast 72 Sox games during the 2015 season, including Opening Day, the home opener and all three games vs. the Cubs at U.S. Cellular Field. Hector Molina (play-by-play) and Billy Russo (analyst) return as the club's Spanish-language broadcast team.
