CHICAGO - The second annual variety show hosted by Chicago White Sox Charities and the White Sox Wives - "Wild Pitches" - is sold out. The event will take place on Sunday, July 20 at 6 p.m. at Bub City in Chicago.

This special variety show gives fans the opportunity to watch members of the White Sox showcase their off-the-field talents. The evening of comedy, music and entertainment will be hosted by Chicago stand-up comedian Pat McGann and feature live music by the band RENDITION.

Participating players and members of the White Sox Wives group include Jennifer and Paul Konerko, Brittany and Gordon Beckham, Brianne and Chris Sale, Katie and Adam Eaton, Nancy and Tyler Flowers, and Lacy and Nate Jones. White Sox manager Robin Ventura and his wife Stephanie also are participating in the event.

Proceeds from the event will benefit Chicago White Sox Charities and its support of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana, which cares for families of children with complex medical needs by providing comfort, passion and a sense of community. RMHC-CNI keeps families of hospitalized children together in a "home away from home" in its four houses in the Chicago area.
