Angels infielder Erick Aybar and Ed Rogers went 2-for-3, and Kansas City's Emilio Bonifacio drove in two runs as Licey defeated the Gigantes. The win moved Licey into sole possession of second place in the round-robin playoffs, two games behind Escogido, with the top two teams advancing to the Dominican Winter League finals.
