• The Phillies entered Sunday's series finale against Milwaukee having homered in 13 consecutive games. It is their longest streak since they homered 18 consecutive games Sept. 3-22, 2008. The Phillies are 7-6 in their current stretch.

• Left-hander John Lannan will make a rehab start Wednesday with Double-A Reading as he recovers from a left knee injury. It will be his second rehab start.
