• Price said he liked the progression of center fielder Billy Hamilton, who played part of the 2012 season with Double-A Pensacola en route to setting the Minor League stolen base record.

"I don't know if he could have done anything more over the course of the Cactus League season," Price said. "He got on base, he walked, put balls in play, grinded out two-strike at-bats, bunted successfully and played a flawless center field. He's got good arm strength and accuracy from the outfield and really did what we asked him to do."
