The Orioles and Baltimore City are on the cusp of The Next Chapter. To contribute to the momentum of this resurgence, the Orioles have engaged in an Adopt-A-School initiative, partnering with Harlem Park Elementary Middle School located in West Baltimore, and Baltimore City Public Schools.

Celebrating Local Heroes

Founded in 2021, the Heroes Corner program serves as a way for the Orioles to say thank you and show their appreciation to frontline workers and volunteers in our community.

Friday, April 12: Baltimore County Fire Department

They offer quality fire protection, emergency medical services, fire prevention, safety education, community services, and mitigation of emergency and non-emergency incidents to the citizens and visitors of Baltimore County.

Year-round, the Orioles focus their philanthropic efforts on two distinct pillars: Strengthening Our Community and Empowering Our Youth. Throughout the 2022 season, the Orioles strengthened the Baltimore community by volunteering, donating thousands of dollars, and inviting community members to the ballpark to be recognized for their contributions to our city. The Orioles empowered Baltimore youth by making donations to local youth-focused organizations, inviting local youth to the ballpark for educational opportunities, and spreading the game of baseball across the city.
