O's claim lefty Bradley off waivers from Braves

Baltimore designates infielder Janish for assignment

The Orioles announced on Friday that they have claimed left-hander off waivers from the Atlanta Braves. To make room on the 40-man roster, infielder has been designated for assignment.
Bradley went 1-1 with a 5.14 ERA over six relief appearances with the Braves in 2016, including earning the win in his Major League debut on Sept. 3 at Philadelphia. He went 9-5 with a 3.09 ERA in 35 Minor League games (13 starts) between Double-A Biloxi, Double-A Mississippi and Triple-A Gwinnett.
Bradley, 26, was acquired by Atlanta from the Milwaukee Brewers on June 2 in exchange for a player to be named or cash considerations. Over 141 career Minor League games (77 starts), he has gone 31-34 with a 4.34 ERA and 396 strikeouts. Bradley was originally selected by the Brewers in the first round (No. 15 overall) of the 2011 MLB Draft out of Georgia Tech.
Janish, 33, hit .194/.286/.226 with one double and three runs scored over 14 games with the Orioles this season.
