The O's were slated to start rotation hopeful Nestor Cortes Jr., with Miguel Castro, who's also fighting for the club's fifth rotation spot, expected to pitch in relief. But the Sarasota area was under a thunderstorm watch on Tuesday, with high winds and heavy rain expected throughout the evening.
Fans holding paid tickets that were purchased online at orioles.com, via phone at (877) 222-2802 or directly from the Ed Smith Stadium box office may exchange their tickets for any of the three remaining Spring Training games at the ballpark, subject to availability, or request a refund.
Season plan members and fans who purchased tickets through StubHub will automatically receive a refund through their original method of payment. Fans who purchased tickets through a third-party ticket vendor (other than StubHub) should contact that vendor to obtain a refund.
The Orioles have five Grapefruit League games remaining.
