We are pleased to announce that we will be welcoming fans back to Ed Smith Stadium for 2021 Spring Training, albeit at a reduced capacity and with updated policies and procedures. The excitement of Orioles baseball will be the same, but many aspects of the gameday experience will be different. These changes are designed to keep the health and safety of our fans, employees, coaches, and players at the forefront of everything we do.
Everyone plays a key role in Gameday Health & Safety. Understanding your responsibility before arriving to Ed Smith Stadium is an important step to maximize your experience and keep everyone confident, safe, and comfortable this baseball season.

For easy and contactless entry into the ballpark, please have your tickets ready on your mobile device in the MLB Ballpark app.
To limit touch points, Ed Smith Stadium will now be a completely cashless ballpark. Methods of payment will be limited to Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Cash will not be accepted at ballpark parking lots, concession stands, or ticket windows.
Lots will open 60 minutes prior to posted game time. Purchasing parking in advance is encouraged. Methods of payment will be limited to Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Bags will be prohibited in Ed Smith Stadium, with the exception of medically necessary items including diaper bags. Clutch purses no larger than 5" x 7" will be allowed.
The Box Office will be open for ticket sales only. Will call pickup will not be available.
If you are feeling sick, please stay home. Each ticket holder agrees to the Fan Health Promise outlined below.
Maintain physical distance of at least six (6) feet at all times, including in the parking lots.
Face coverings must be worn properly at all times at Ed Smith Stadium, except when actively eating or drinking at your designated seating locations.
Frequently wash your hands and use hand sanitizer stations located throughout the stadium.
Gates will open 60 minutes prior to first pitch. Fans will only be permitted to enter and exit Ed Smith Stadium through the Home Plate and Left Field Gates.
Remember to have your mobile ticket ready to help speed up entry into the stadium.
When exiting the stadium, all fans should leave in an orderly fashion and maintain a physical distance from others.
Autographs are prohibited this season. Please do your part to keep the team safe and do not gather near the dugout or field.
No outside food or drink is allowed. The consumption of food and beverage in the ballpark will only be permitted at your assigned seat. Eating and/or drinking is strictly prohibited in all common areas including the concourse.
All ticketholders must agree to the terms and conditions set forth at https://www.mlb.com/orioles/tickets/ticketback which require, in part, that neither ticketholders, accompanying minor(s) nor other accompanying parties may attend the game if within fourteen (14) days preceding the game, they have:
(1) tested positive or presumptively positive for COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease or been identified as a potential carrier of COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease; OR
(2) experienced any symptoms commonly associated with COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease (e.g., a fever of 100.4⁰F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking, muscle pain/achiness, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 identified by the CDC); OR
(3) been in direct contact with or the immediate vicinity of any person who is confirmed or suspected of being infected with COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease.
Please note: According to the CDC, older adults and people of any age with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19. All guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend a game.
To help maintain physical distancing guidelines, ticketholders must also agree that they will not sell, transfer, or otherwise provide any of their game tickets to anyone other than family with whom they have been sheltering (or other trusted acquaintances), unless selling, transferring, or otherwise providing all such tickets (i.e., the full pod of tickets) to one party.
