NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED AS OF THE APPLICABLE DRAWING DATE DEADLINE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes entry period (the "Entry Period") begins at 4:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, November 18, 2019,and ends at 11:59 AMET on Wednesday, April 7, 2020 ("Sweepstakes End Date").

PRIZES: Forty-Nine (49) Prizes will be awarded based on the order of random selection determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion:

Ceremonial First Pitch Prize: One (1) Ceremonial First Pitch Prize will be awarded. One (1) Winner will receive four (4) tickets for Winner and three (3) guests for one (1) 2020 Baltimore Orioles regular season home game determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion, the opportunity for Winner to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at such game and one (1) parking pass for use by Winner and his/her guests on the date of such game (the "Ceremonial First Pitch Prize"). (Approximate Retail Value ["ARV"] of Ceremonial First Pitch Prize: $204.) The exact nature and duration of the ceremonial first pitch opportunity will be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion.
Bird Bucks Prizes: Five (5) Bird Bucks Prizes will be awarded. Five (5) Winners will each receive two hundred (200) Bird Bucks valid for concessions, merchandise, or tickets at any 2020 home game. Not valid toward payment of your 2020 membership. (each, a "Bird Bucks Prize"). (ARV of Bird Bucks Prize: $200, Total ARV of all Bird Bucks Prizes: $1,000).
Season Parking Prize: One (1) Season Parking Prize will be awarded. One (1) Winner will be awarded one (1) parking pass in the North Warehouse Lot for each game with 2020 Birdland Membership for the 2020 Baltimore Orioles regular season home games (the "Season Parking Prize"). (ARV of Season Parking Prize: $500.)
Pancakes with Palmer Prize: One (1) Pancakes with Palmer Prize will be awarded. One (1) Winner and one (1) guest of Winner will join fellow Birdland Members to enjoy pancakes with Orioles Legend and Hall of Famer Jim Palmer. The event will include pancakes and assorted buffet, and a short questions and answer session followed by a photo opportunity. (the "Pancakes with Palmer Prize"). (ARV of Pancakes with Palmer Prize: $160.) The exact nature and duration of the pancake breakfast shall be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. In the event Jim Palmer is not available for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to have another Baltimore Orioles personnel attend the breakfast in Jim Palmer's absence.
Game Used Memorabilia Package Prize: One (1) Game Used Memorabilia Prizes will be awarded. One (1) Winner will receive one (1) 2019 game used jersey and bat determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion (the "Game Used Memorabilia Package Prize"). (ARV of Game Used Memorabilia Prize: $500.)
Private Catered Suite Prize: One (1) Private Catered Suite Prize will be awarded. One (1) Winner will receive a private catered suite including fourteen (14) game tickets for Winner and thirteen (13) guests for one (1) 2020 Baltimore Orioles regular season home game determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. The catered suite will include food and non-alcoholic beverages (the "Private Catered Suite Prize"). (ARV of Private Catered Suite Prize: $1,500.)
MASN/Radio Booth Visit Prize: One (1) MASN/Radio Booth Visit Prize will be awarded. One (1) Winner receive four (4) tickets for Winner and three (3) guests for one (1) 2020 Baltimore Orioles regular season home game determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion, one (1) parking pass for use on the date of the game and the opportunity for Winner and his/her guests to view one 1/2 inning from both the MASN TV broadcast booth and the Orioles Radio Network broadcast on the date of the game (the "MASN/Radio Booth Visit Prize"). (ARV of MASN/Radio Booth Visit Prize: $250.) The exact nature and duration of the booth visits shall be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion and subject to availability.
Deliver the Game Ball Prize: One (1) Deliver the Game Ball Prize will be awarded. One (1) Winner will receive two (2) tickets for one (1) 2020 Baltimore Orioles regular season home game determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion, and the opportunity for Winer and his/her guest to deliver the game ball prior to such game (the "Deliver the Game Ball Prize"). (ARV of Deliver the Game Ball Prize: $204.) The exact nature and duration of the opportunity to deliver the game ball shall be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion and subject to availability.
VIP Package Prize: One (1) VIP Package Prize will be awarded. One (1) Winner will receive a VIP Package Prize consisting of four (4) tickets in the first two rows behind home plate for Winner and three (3) guests for one (1) 2020 Baltimore Orioles regular season home game, one (1) North Warehouse parking pass for use on the date of such game, and pre-game on-field access on the date of such game (the "VIP Package Prize"). (ARV of VIP Package Prize: $510.) The exact nature and duration of the pre-game on-field access shall be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion and subject to availability.
Roof Deck Party Prize: One (1) Roof Deck Party Prize will be awarded. One (1) Winner will receive a roof deck party for Winner and twenty (20) guests for one (1) 2020 Baltimore Orioles regular season home game determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. $15 in concession vouchers for Winner and each of his/her guests, and a visit from the Oriole Bird during the game (the "Roof Deck Party Prize"). (ARV of Rook Deck Party Prize: $1,075.) The exact nature and duration of the visit from Oriole Bird shall be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion and subject to availability.
Baseball Operations Experience Prize: One (1) Baseball Operations Experience Prize will be awarded. One (1) Winner will receive two (2) tickets for Winner and one (1) guest for one (1) 2020 Baltimore Orioles regular season home game determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion and the opportunity for Winner and his/her guest to visit the Orioles Baseball Operations box/suite during one (1) inning of such game determined by Sponsor (the "Baseball Operations Experience Prize"). (ARV of Baseball Operations Experience Prize: $252.) The exact nature and duration of the box/suite visit shall be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion and subject to availability.
Private Clubhouse Tour Prize: One (1) Private Clubhouse Tour Prize will be awarded. One (1) Winner and three (3) guests of Winner will receive a private Baltimore Orioles clubhouse tour with a current Orioles player (the "Private Clubhouse Tour Prize"). (ARV of Private Clubhouse Tour Prize: $140.) The exact nature and duration of the tour shall be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion and subject to availability.
Opening Day Tickets Prize: One (1) Opening Day Tickets Prize will be awarded. One (1) Winner will receive eight (8) tickets for Winner and seven (7) guests and exclusive access to Birdland Rewards Private Opening Day party in the bullpen for Baltimore Orioles 2020 Opening Day game on Thursday, March 26, 2020. (the "Opening Day Tickets Prize"). (ARV of Opening Day Tickets Prize: $686.) Exact nature and duration of the bullpen party will be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion and subject to availability.
Brunch with Brooks Robinson Prize: One (1) Brunch with Brooks Robinson Prize will be awarded. One (1) Winner and one (1) guest of Winner will receive the opportunity to attend brunch with Brooks Robinson. The event will include an assorted brunch buffet, and a short question and answer session followed by a photo opportunity. (the "Brunch with Brooks Robinson Prize"). (ARV of Bunch with Brooks Robinson Prize: $160.) The exact nature and duration of the brunch shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event Brooks Robinson is not available for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to have another Baltimore Orioles personnel attend the brunch in Brooks Robinson's absence.
2020 Giveaway Package Prize: One (1) 2020 Giveaway Package Prize will be awarded. One (1) Winner will receive one (1) 2020 Giveaway Package Prize including a variety of 2020 gate giveaways shipped directly to the Winner in two installments. (the "2020 Giveaway Package Prize"). (ARV of 2020 Giveaway Package Prize: $199.)
Line the Field Prize: Ten (10) Line the Field Prize will be awarded. Ten (10) Winners will each receive two (2) tickets for such Winner and his/her one (1) guest for 2020 Baltimore Orioles Opening Day game on Thursday, March 26, 2020, and the opportunity for each Winner and his/her one (1) guest to go on the field for pregame ceremonies to stand and line the orange carpet as players are introduced prior to the start of the game (each, a "Line the Field Prize"). (ARV of Line the Field Prize: $204, Total ARV of all Line the Field Prizes: $2,040) The exact nature and duration of the opportunity shall be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion and subject to availability.
Travel Like the Team Prize: One (1) Travel Like the Team Prize will be awarded. One (1) Winner and one (1) guest will join Birdland Members and travel with the Orioles to Washington, DC when the Orioles take on Washington. This trip includes a round-trip bus ride for two (2), access for two (2) to a pre-game party with complimentary food & non-alcoholic beverages, and two (2) tickets to the game. (the "Travel Like the Team Prize"). (ARV of Travel Like the Team Prize: $280.)
Little League Classic Tickets Prize: One (1) Little League Classic Tickets Prize will be awarded. One (1) Winner will receive two (2) tickets for Winner and one (1) guest for the 2020 Little League Classic (the "Little League Classic Tickets Prize"). (ARV of Little League Classics Tickets Prize: $200.)
Clear Membership Prizes: Three (3) Clear Membership Prizes will be awarded. Three (3) Winners will each receive a voucher valid for a one (1) year Clear Membership. (each, a "Clear Membership Prize"). (ARV of each Clear Membership Prize: $329, Total ARV of all Clear Membership Prizes: $987)
Chick-Fil-A Prizes: Ten (10) Chick-Fil-A Prizes will be awarded. Ten (10) Winners will each receive fifty-two (52) Chick-Fil-A sandwich cards valid for one (1) Chick-fil-a sandwich. (each, a "Chick-Fil-A Prize"). (ARV of Chick-Fil-A Prize: $202.28, Total ARV of all Chick-Fil-A Prizes: $2022.8)

PRIZE NOTIFICATION RESPONSE TIME: Seventy-two (72) hours from the time of issuance of Prize Notification (defined below) (the "Required Response Time").

HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Sweepstakes on one (1) of the following two (2) ways: by being a 2020 Birdland Member or by mail. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per household during the Entry Period, regardless of the method of entry. Entering more than once during the Entry Period is prohibited. Neither method of entry will affect your chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

2020 Birdland Member: If you are a 2020 Birdland Member or become a 2020 Birdland Member during the Entry Period, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes.

Mail-In Entry: If you are not a 2020 Birdland Member and do not wish to become a 2020 Birdland Member, you may enter the Sweepstakes by hand-printing your full name, address, city, state/territory/province and zip code, day and evening telephone numbers (including area codes), date of birth, and email address (optional); name of Sweepstakes ("Baltimore Orioles Birdland Membership 2020 Prize Sweepstakes"); and the following statement: "I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the Sweepstakes Official Rules." on a 3"x5" postcard and mailing it in a sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to: Baltimore Orioles, Attention: Baltimore Orioles Birdland 2020 Prize Sweepstakes, 333 W. Camden Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. Sponsor will use email addresses provided via the mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's provision of this information. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Wednesday, April 1, 2020 and received by Sponsor by Tuesday, April 7, 2020 to be eligible. Mail-in entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) including its commonwealths, territories and possessions (collectively referred to herein as "states"), and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states/territories/provinces where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of the MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a Prize. ("MLBAM"), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, territory, provincial and local laws, rules and regulations. Void in the Province of Quebec, New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected by random drawings as scheduled beginning Thursday, November 21, 2019, and ending Tuesday, April 7, 2020, (each a "Drawing Date") from among all eligible entries received as of 11:59 p.m. ET on the date prior to the applicable Drawing Dates (each, a "Drawing Date Deadline"). Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential winners will be declared the official winners of the Sweepstakes (each, a "Winner" and collectively, the "Winners"). The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received as of the applicable Drawing Date Deadline. Limit one (1) Prize per person, family or household. All non-winning eligible entries from one Drawing Date will carry-over to and remain eligible for subsequent Drawing Date(s), if any.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All Prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Each Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, territory, provincial and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with the Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and all other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of each individual Winner. The Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion.

Winners' guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the Prize will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Each Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the Winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as part of the Prize may not be resold or offered for resale or used in any way for commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game, event or exhibition ticket(s).

NOTIFICATION: Each potential winner will be notified at the email address, postal address and/or telephone number (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) provided at the time of entry (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that any potential winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within the Required Response Time, declines the Prize for any reason or, in the case of Canadian residents, incorrectly answers the skill testing question as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received as of the Drawing Date Deadline at issue. Each potential winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Sponsor and may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within the Required Response Time, and in the case of Canadian residents, correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time limited mathematical skill testing question which will be administered by Sponsor by telephone at a mutually agreeable time. Failure to submit any identification required by Sponsor or to return the required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of the Prize (or any portion thereof) or Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential winner to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received as of the Drawing Date Deadline at issue.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (a) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (b) waive any and all claims against Sponsor, the other MLB Entities, Facebook, Inc. ("Facebook"), Apple, Inc. and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any Prize (or any portion thereof) or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize (or any portion thereof). By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by Sponsor and/or MLBAM by telephone, email and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes. Each Winner, by acceptance of the Prize, grants to Sponsor, MLBAM and each of their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner's name, address (city and state/territory/province of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due or garbled entries, transmissions, email or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, or other connections including those through and/or by any website, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cable or wireless transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; wireless service congestion; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems, wireless towers or cellular tower equipment; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in wireless or other transmission, processing, or communication; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed email notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, telephone, wireless service, mail, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer and/or wireless device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or any representative of Sponsor and/or MLBAM or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor, MLBAM and/or their respective agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties (a) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize (or any portion thereof), and (b) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Sponsor and MLBAM reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the Winners and award the Prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation. Sponsor and MLBAM also reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.
