AMERICAN LEAGUE EAST

Blue Jays: Alejandro Kirk, C (No. 28) -- 3-for-5, 2B, HR, RBI (Class A Lansing)
Kirk, 20, put together his third multihit game of the year and his first three-hit performance. The catcher, who has doubled on back-to-back nights, hitting .379 early in the season.

Orioles: Grayson Rodriguez, RHP (No. 5) -- 6 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 3 BB, 10 K (Class A Delmarva)
Rodriguez has racked up 10 strikeouts in each of his two starts this season. The 2018 first-rounder has spun 11 scoreless frames and yielded just three hits.

Rays: Josh Lowe, CF (No. 15) -- 2-for-3, 2B, 2 RBIs (Double-A Montgomery)
Lowe turned in his third multi-hit effort of the season, going 2-for-3 with a double (his third) and a pair of RBIs.

Red Sox: Bobby Poyner, LHP (No. 22) -- 1 IP, 0 R, 1 BB, 1 K (Triple-A Pawtucket)
Poyner rebounded from a tough first two appearances to toss a scoreless frame in his third. Poyner walked one and struck out one in the ninth inning Friday against Syracuse.

Yankees: Josh Breaux, C (No. 15) -- 2-for-3, HR, 2 RBI, 1 BB (Class A Charleston)
Breaux recorded multiple hits for the third straight game and also went deep for his first home run of the season. He hit 2-for-3 with a pair of RBIs and a walk.

Indians: Will Benson, RF (No. 25) -- 2-for-4, 1 R, 1 3B, 1 RBI, 1 BB (Class A Lake County)
Benson logged his first triple of the season on Friday as he went 2-for-4 with a run scored, an RBI and a walk.

Royals: Kris Bubic, LHP (No. 9) -- 6 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 12 K (Class A Lexington)
Bubic impressed in his second start of the season, striking out a dozen batters, the most in the Minors this year, in six innings of work. The lone runs scored against him were unearned after a fielding error by the first baseman extended the third inning on a play that should have been the final out.

Tigers: Dawel Lugo, 2B (No. 18) -- 2-for-4, 3B, HR, 3 RBIs (Triple-A Toledo)
Lugo collected his first home run and totaled multiple hits for the third time in this young season, raising his average to .333 in the process. His two-run, ninth-inning homer was part of a late rally that pulled the Mud Hens within one run.

Twins: Zack Littell, RHP (No. 21) -- 5 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 3 BB, 8 K, 2 HR (Triple-A Rochester)
After struggling in his debut, Littell faired much better in his second outing. He gave up three runs (two homers), issued three walks and took the loss, but struck out eight batters in five innings. An improvement after yielding five runs on seven hits in 4 1/3 innings last week.

White Sox: Luis Robert, OF (No. 4, MLB No. 39) -- 2-for-5, 1 RBI (Class A Advanced Winston-Salem)
Robert continued his hot streak, going 2-for-5 with an RBI. The 21-year-old is now batting .444/.487/.972 through eight games. He's had at least one RBI and multiple hits in all but one of those contests.

AMERICAN LEAGUE WEST

A’s: Austin Beck, CF (No. 5) -- 2-for-4, 2B, HR, 2 R, 4 RBI (Class A Advanced Stockton)
Beck stuffed the stat sheet with a 2-for-4 performance. He homered for the first time in 2019 and also added a double. Prior to Friday, Beck had just one RBI through his first seven games.

Angels: Griffin Canning, RHP (No. 2, MLB No. 62) -- 5 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 2 BB, 6 K (Triple-A Salt Lake)
After throwing five scoreless innings in his season debut, Canning had another strong performance in his second outing, allowing just one run in five innings vs. Sacramento. He also struck out six batters and walked two.

Astros: Corbin Martin, POS (No. 5) -- 5 2/3 IP, 1 H, 1 R, 3 BB, 9 K (Triple-A Round Rock)
Martin held the Memphis Redbirds to just one hit and one run over 5 2/3 frames and struck out nine batters, which matched his career high, in his second outing of 2019. He carried a no-hit bid into the sixth inning before yielding a leadoff single. He issued three free passes, one of which came around to score after he exited the game.

Mariners: Jarred Kelenic, OF (No. 2, No. 55 in MLB) -- 1-for-5, HR, RBI (Class A West Virginia)
Kelenic got off to a slow start this season, but has four hits -- including his first homer as a member of the Mariners' organization -- over the past two games.

Rangers: Jonathan Ornelas, 3B/SS (No. 18) -- 3-for-4, HR, RBI (Class A Hickory)
Ornelas appears to have caught fire at the plate. The 18-year-old has put together three straight multihit efforts and is 7-for-10 over that span. The homer was his first of the season.

Braves: Greyson Jenista, RF (No. 15) -- 2-for-5, 2B, 1 RBI (Class A Advanced Florida)
Jenista snapped an 0-for-12 slump with two hits Friday. He went 2-for-5 and also drove in a run.

Marlins: Will Stewart, LHP (No. 21) -- 7.2 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 7 K (Class A Advanced Jupiter)
Stewart, who the Marlins acquired from the Phillies in the J.T. Realmuto trade, carried a no-hitter into the eighth inning, before a two-out single ruined his bid for history. Either way, Stewart, who threw 65 of his 95 pitches for strikes, has been over his first two starts at the Class A Advanced level.

Mets: Luis Carpio, 2B/SS (No. 30) -- 2-for-4, 2B, 2 RBI (Class A Advanced St. Lucie)
Carpio, 21, broke out of his early season slump (0-for-10) and picked up his first two hits of the year.

Phillies: Enyel De Los Santos, RHP (No. 6) -- 7 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 9 K (Triple-A Lehigh Valley)
After striking out 10 in his season debut, De Los Santos put together another strong start in his encore performance. The 23-year-old has given up just one run over 12 innings this season and has already amassed 19 strikeouts, compared to just two walks.

Nationals: Carter Kieboom, SS (No. 2, MLB No. 25) -- 2-for-3, 3 RBI (Triple-A Fresno)
After driving in three runs on Thursday, Kieboom matched that number Friday. The 21-year-old has put together back-to-back multihit performances and appears to be adjusting well in his first taste of Triple-A.

NATIONAL LEAGUE CENTRAL

Brewers: Keston Hiura, 2B (No. 1, MLB No. 20) -- 1-for-4, HR, RBI (Triple-A San Antonio)
After going 0-for-4 on Thursday, Hiura bounced back with his third homer of the season. The 22-year-old, who has a 70-grade hit tool and 60-grade power, has homered twice over the past three games and gone deep three times in his past five games.

Cubs: Cory Abbott, RHP (No. 17) -- 5.2 IP, 8 H, 1 R, 1 BB, 8 K (Double-A Tennessee)
Another one run start for Abbott, who has given up two runs over 10 2/3 innings this season. The 23-year-old, getting his first taste of Double-A this season, has also struck out 10 and walked two.

Cardinals: Nolan Gorman, 3B (No. 1, No. 60 in MLB) -- 2-for-4, HR, 2 RBIs (Class A Peoria)
Gorman went deep for the third time in four days. After homering twice on Tuesday, the 18-year-old hit a two-run blast and added a single against Kane County tonight.

Pirates: Will Craig, 1B (No. 15) -- 2-for-4, HR, 3 RBI, SB (Triple-A Indianapolis)
Craig hit a career-high 20 homers last season and looks like he's trying to eclipse that mark in 2019. The 24-year-old has hit three homers over the past four games. Additionally, he picked up his first stolen base of the year.

Reds: Tony Santillan, POS (No. 5) -- 4 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 5 BB, 8 K (Double-A Chattanooga)
Santillan certainly would have like to reduce the walks, but the right-hander was able to work his way out of jams and keep Jackson off the board. The 21-year-old has allowed one run in nine innings and has already accumulated 16 strikeouts this season.

D-backs: Jon Duplantier, RHP (No. 2, MLB No. 72) -- 3 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 4 K (Triple-A Reno)
Duplantier began his season in the Majors, where he spun four scoreless innings over two appearances. The D-backs sent Duplantier back to Reno so that he could get stretched out as a starter and his first start went about as well as anyone could have hoped.

Dodgers: Omar Estevez, 2B (No. 20) -- 1-for-4, 1 R, 1 BB (Double-A Tulsa)
Estevez went 1-for-4 with a run scored and a walk to extend his hitting streak, which dates back to last season, to 33 games. He's hit safely in all eight games this year.

Giants: Sam Coonrod, RHP (No. 22) -- 1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K, S (Triple-A Sacramento)
Coonrod extended his scoreless streak to four appearances (4 2/3 innings) and picked up his first save of the year. The 26-year-old threw 10 of his 14 pitches for strikes.

Padres: Buddy Reed, OF (No. 17) -- 1-for-3, HR, 2 RBI (Double-A Amarillo)
Reed is on an absolute tear lately as seemingly everything he hits leaves the yard. After hitting two homers on Thursday, Reed went deep again tonight and now has five homers in the past five games.

Rockies: Colton Welker, 3B (No. 2, No. 93 in MLB) -- 2-for-4 (Double-A Hartford)
After going hitless over the first four games of the year (0-for-12), Welker has has hits in each of his past four games (5-for-21). Friday night's effort was his first multihit game of the year.
