Here's a look at Saturday's top Minor League performers from each team's Top 30 Prospects list:

AMERICAN LEAGUE EAST

Blue Jays: Jordan Groshans, SS/3B (No. 5) -- 2-for-4, 2 R (Class A Lansing)
Last year’s No. 12 overall Draft pick pushed his hitting streak to seven games with his fifth multihit performance of the season. After an impressive pro debut in which he hit .296/.353/.446 with 43 RBIs in 48 games across two levels, the 19-year-old has opened his first full season by hitting .375/.455/.521 over 13 games in the Midwest League.

Orioles: Ryan Mountcastle, 1B (No. 2, MLB No. 67) -- Game 1: 2-for-4, HR (4), 4 RBI; Game 2: 2-for-3, 2B, RBI, R (Triple-A Norfolk)
Mountcastle stayed hot as he went deep for the fourth time in the past five games, hitting a two-run shot off of right-hander Dylan Cease (MLB No. 20) in the fifth inning in Norfolk’s doubleheader-opening loss against Charlotte. After a 3-for-18 start to his season, the 22-year-old has gone 16-for-44 with 15 RBIs over his last 11 games. It’s also worth noting that Mountcastle has played first base almost exclusively this season after spending the last two years at the hot corner.

Rays: Ronaldo Hernandez, C (No. 6, MLB No. 79) -- 2-for-4, 4 RBI (Class A Advanced Charlotte)
Hernandez had neither a multihit nor a multi-RBI game under his belt this season before breaking out with two hits and four RBIs in Charlotte’s win over Fort Myers. The 21-year-old backstop put his team on the board in the first inning with a two-run single and did so once again in the subsequent frame.

Red Sox: Jarren Duran, OF (No. 10) -- 3-for-4, 3B, 2B, R, RBI, BB (Class A Advanced Salem)
Duran, 22, reached base four times from atop Salem’s order and ultimately finished a home run shy of the cycle. It was the fourth multihit effort in five games for the 2018 seventh-rounder, who’s now hitting .386/.426/.509 with 22 hits in 14 games.

Yankees: Luis Medina, RHP (No. 14) -- 5 IP, 7 H, 1 R, 2 BB, 5 K (Class A Charleston)
The 19-year-old flamethrower has now allowed just one run in consecutive starts after a disastrous season debut in which he was tagged for 10 runs on 10 hits in two innings. When he’s at his best, Medina can generate easy triple-digit velocity and flash a plus-plus curveball as well as a diving changeup that has splitter action. His control and overall feel, however, leave much to be desired.

AMERICAN LEAGUE CENTRAL

Indians: Tyler Freeman, SS (No. 3) – 1-for-2, solo HR (1), 2 R, BB, SB (6); Luis Oviedo, RHP (No. 8) -- 6 IP, 2 H, 1 R (0 ER), 3 BB, 5 K (Class A Lake County)
The pair of 19-year-old Top 10 Indians prospects were standouts as Lake County took the opener of a doubleheader against South Bend, 3-1. Freeman continued his hot start to the season by hitting his first home run and scoring two runs, giving him 14 runs through 13 games. In 2018, he led the New York-Penn League in numerous offensive categories including batting average (.352), hits (95), runs (49) and total bases (138). Oviedo bounced back from a rocky start (0.2 IP, 3 H, 6 ER, 3 BB) to complete a season-high six frames en route to his third win in four starts. He has not allowed an earned run in those three outings.

Royals: Daniel Lynch, LHP (No. 4) -- 6 IP, 7 H, 1 R, 1 BB, 6 K (Class A Adv Wilmington)
After giving up nine earned runs in 11 1/3 innings across his first three starts, Lynch found his groove Saturday as he allowed one run while scattering seven hits in his longest pro start. The Royals assigned the 22-year-old lefty straight to Carolina League for his first full season after posting a 1.58 ERA with 61 strikeouts in 51 1/3 innings last summer during his pro debut.

Tigers: Kody Clemens, 2B (No. 14) -- 2-for-5, 2 2B, R, SB (Class A Advanced Lakeland)
Batting third for the Flying Tigers, Clemens hit a pair of doubles in five at-bat and now has hit safely in four of his past five games. He's gotten off to a slow start in his first full season, hitting .176 through 14 games, albeit in the challenging Florida State League.

Twins: Luke Raley, OF (No. 26) -- 2-for-4, 2 2B, 2 RBI, R (Triple-A Rochester)
The 24-year-old outfielder was one of four Red Wings players to collect multiple hits in Rochester's 13-8 loss at Lehigh Valley. Both of Raley's hits were doubles, giving him three on the season, while the multihit performance was his first in seven games.

White Sox: Seby Zavala, C (No. 22) -- 2-for-3, 2 HR (3), 2 RBI (Triple-A Charlotte)
Zavala broke out of his 1-for-21 skid with his second career two-homer game as he accounted for all of Charlotte's offense in a doubleheader nightcap loss against Norfolk. The 25-year-old backstop went deep 13 times between Charlotte and Double-A Birmingham last season after hitting a career-best 21 bombs across two levels in 2017.

A’s: Nick Allen, SS (No. 15) -- 2-for-3, HR, RBI (Class A Advanced Stockton)
Allen isn't know for his power, but he got into one on Saturday, hitting his second homer of the year for the Ports. With multiple hits in back-to-back games, the 20-year-old shortstop is starting to heat up after a slow start.

Angels: Livan Soto, SS (No. 19) -- 4-for-5, 2B, 2 R, RBI (Class A Burlington)
The 18-year-old shortstop bumped his average up to .304 with his second four-hit performance this week. He's made a smooth transition to full-season ball after spending all of 2018 in the Pioneer League, hitting .291/.385/.349 in 44 games with Orem.

Astros: Kyle Tucker, OF (No. 2, MLB No. 7) – 2-for-4, solo HR (2), 2B, 2 R; Game 2: 0-for-3; Yordan Alvarez, OF (No. 3, MLB No. 41) – 1-for-3, HR (8), 2 RBI, 2 R, BB; Game 2: 0-for-3 (Triple-A Round Rock)
Alvarez and Tucker hit back-to-back jacks in the seventh inning as Round Rock rallied to score nine runs to take the opener of a doubleheader against Memphis, 11-6. Neither got a hit in the nightcap. With his eight home runs, Alvarez is tied for the Pacific Coast League lead.

Mariners: Dom Thompson-Williams, OF (No. 15) -- 3-for-5, 3B, R, 3 SB (Double-A Arkansas)
The 24-year-old outfielder recorded his first three-hit game of the season and swiped three bags for the second time in his 235-game career. He's off to a solid start, hitting .250/.344/.481 with three homers and six stolen bases through 15 games. Acquired from the Yankees during the offseason in the James Paxton deal, Thompson-Williams was one of six minor leaguers to finish 2018 with at least 20 homers and 20 steals.

Rangers: Sam Huff, C/1B (No. 21) -- Game 1: 3-for-3, solo HR (5), 2B; Game 2: 1-for-3, HR (6), 3 RBI (Class A Hickory)
Huff homered in both ends of Hickory's doubleheader sweep of Columbia, hitting a solo shot in the opener and a go-ahead three-run homer in the nightcap. The 21-year-old is leading the South Atlantic League with six home runs, three of which he's hit in his past five games.

Braves: Drew Waters, OF (No. 8, MLB No. 81) -- 1-for-4, 2B (Double-A Mississippi)
Waters' leadoff double was one of five hits collected by the M-Braves in their 5-0 loss to Montgomery. A 2017 second-round pick playing in his second full season, Waters, a 20-year-old switch-hitter, owns a .311/.364/.429 line through his first 14 games at the Double-A level.

Marlins: Monte Harrison, OF (No. 3) -- 1-for-3, HR (2), 2 R, BB (Triple-A New Orleans); Brian Miller, OF (No. 14) -- 5-for-5, 3B, 2B, 2 RBI, 2 R, SB (Double-A Jacksonville)
Harrison connected on a game-tying solo blast, his second homer of the season, off of Omaha left-hander Tim Hill in the bottom of the eighth inning that helped set the stage for a Baby Cakes’ walk-off victory in the ninth. The 23-year-old outfielder has hit safely in five straight games and seven of his last eight games to push his average to .308. Harrison’s hot start in Triple-A is a good sign after he batted .240 with a Minor League-leading 215 strikeouts in Double-A last season. Speaking of Double-A, Miller finished a home run short of the cycle as he recorded a career-high five hits in Jacksonville's loss to Biloxi. The 23-year-old has reached base in seven consecutive plate appearances dating back to April 19, when he hit his second career home run and first since July 20, 2017.

Mets: Andres Gimenez, SS (No. 2, MLB No. 55) – Game 1: 1-for-4, R; Game 2: 3-for-4, 2 R, 2 SB (Double-A Binghamton)
The 20-year-old shortstop now has a pair of three-hit performances during his five-game hitting streak for the Rumble Ponies. After posting a .277/.344/.358 line with 10 steals last season over 37 Double-A games, Gimenez has opened 2019 by hitting .279/.326/.465 with a pair of steals through 10 games.

Phillies: Alec Bohm, 3B (No. 1, MLB No. 56) -- 2-for-4, 2B (Class A Lakewood)
The 2018 No. 3 overall Draft pick followed up a three-hit night on Friday with another multihit performance -- his fourth in the last six games. With his .345/.433/.491 line through 16 games this season, Bohm appears to have put his concerning pro debut (.252/.335/.324) behind him.

Nationals: Ben Braymer, LHP (No. 24) -- 6 IP, 2 H, 2 R (0 ER), 1 BB, 6 K (Double-A Harrisburg)
Braymer, an 18th-round pick from the 2016 Draft, gave up a two-run homer, but was otherwise lights-out for Harrisburg. The six strikeouts marked a season high for the lefty, who has 13 strikeouts through 17 innings this season. Braymer is off to a strong start in his Double-A debut after an impressive 2018 campaign where he went 9-3 with a 2.28 ERA in 28 appearances (11 starts) across two levels of Class A.

NATIONAL LEAGUE CENTRAL

Brewers: Lucas Erceg, 3B (No. 8) -- 2-for-4, HR, 3B, 2 RBI, 2 R (Triple-A San Antonio)
Erceg boosted his average to .310 with his fourth multihit effort of the season and his third in the past three games. Erceg, who is 7-for-16 with two homers over the past four games, has four homers through 13 games this season after hitting 13 in 123 games last season.

Cubs: Riley Thompson, RHP (No. 27) -- 5 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 5 K (Class A South Bend)
The 22-year-old right-hander continued to roll, tossing five scoreless frames and earning the win for a second straight start. He faced one over the minimum in the outing, throwing 37 of 57 pitches for strikes. Through his first three starts, Thompson sports a 0.61 ERA and 0.95 WHIP with 14 strikeouts in 14 2/3 innings.

Cardinals: Johan Oviedo, RHP (No. 19) -- 5 IP, 6 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 7 K (Class A Advanced Palm Beach)
Oviedo set a season high for strikeouts and picked up his third straight win in the process. The right-hander, who the Cardinals signed in 2016, has racked up 24 strikeouts (compared to six walks) in 21 innings this season. The scoreless outing was also the second of the year for Oviedo.

Pirates: Lolo Sanchez, OF (No. 17) -- 3-for-5, 3B, 2B, 2 R, SB (Class A Greensboro)
Sanchez boosted his average to .358 and extended his hitting streak to nine games with his second three-hit game of the year. The 19-year-old, who also stole a base for the second time in as many days, is off to an incredibly fast start this year, his second at the Class A level.

Reds: Andy Sugilio, OF (No. 22) -- 2-for-3, 2B, RBI, 2-for-5, 2 RBI (Class A Advanced Daytona)
Sugilio picked up multiple hits in both games of a doubleheader. The 22-year-old, who began the day in a bit of a cold stretch, boosted his average from .238 to .280 with the big day at the plate. Sugilio, who the Reds signed in 2013, hit .278 at the Class A level a season ago.

D-backs: Jazz Chisholm, SS (No. 1, MLB No. 57) -- 2-for-4, 2 HR (4), 3 RBI, BB (Double-A Jackson)
Chisholm’s solo shot in the second inning put the Generals on the board and he later added a two-run homer in the seventh to extend their lead. It was the third career multi-homer game for the 21-year-old masher, who, with three homers in his last two games, is showing signs of coming out of his early-season funk that’s seen him hit .111 through 12 games.

Dodgers: Keibert Ruiz, C (No. 1, MLB No. 32) -- 2-for-4, HR, 3 RBI (Double-A Tulsa)
Ruiz put the Drillers on the board with a three-run homer, his first of the year, in the first inning and later added a single marking his fourth multihit game of the season. The 20-year-old needed a few games to get into a rhythm, but after a small slump, Ruiz has hits in six straight games and is batting 10-for-26 (.385) during that stretch. Ruiz hit .268 in 101 games with Tulsa in 2018.

Giants: Sean Hjelle, RHP (No. 6) -- 6 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 6 K (Class A Augusta)
The 2018 second-rounder retired the first 10 batters of the game and ultimately set career highs in strikeouts and innings pitched in what was his best start as a pro. Along with his six strikeouts, Hjelle, a 6-foot-11 right-hander, recorded 11 groundouts and threw 55 of his 81 pitches for strikes. He has a 2.75 ERA and 19/3 K/BB in 19 2/3 innings through four starts.

Padres: Logan Allen, LHP (No. 9) -- 6 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 0 BB, 4 K (Triple-A El Paso)
Allen spun his best start of the season and has actually put together strong performances in back-to-back outings after getting hit hard to begin the year. Allen gave up 11 earned runs in five innings over his first two starts, but has surrendered just three runs over 11 innings in his past two trips to the mound. He helped his own cause at the plate, collecting two hits and scoring a run in three at-bats.

Rockies: Colton Welker, 3B (No. 2, MLB No. 90) _--_ 3-for-4, 2 HR (3), 2B, 4 RBI, 2 R (Double-A Hartford); Grant Lavigne, 1B (No. 4) -- 2-for-2, 2 RBI, 2 BB, SB; Terrin Vavra, SS (No. 13) -- 4-for-4, 2 R, RBI, SB (Class A Asheville)
Welker hit a solo shot in the third inning and added another in the sixth en route to his first ever multi-homer performance. He would add a two-run double before the game was over to finish with four RBIs. Lavigne and Vavra, Colorado’s Competitive Balance Round A (No. 42 overall) and third-round picks from the 2018 Draft, did not make an out as they collectively reached base eight times to lead Asheville past West Virginia, 8-5, in game one of a doubleheader. Lavigne owns a .280 average and has hit safely in nine of his last 11 games. Vavra’s four-hit performance was the first of his career and boosted his average to .365 through 15 games. The Tourists’ nightcap was suspended due to rain.
