Halladay scheduled for third rehab start

PHILADELPHIA -- Phillies right-hander Roy Halladay will make his third rehab start Sunday with Double-A Reading.

He allowed seven hits, two runs and three walks with four strikeouts in 6 1/3 innings Tuesday with Class A Lakewood.

"He still has some work to do," Phillies interim manager Ryne Sandberg said. "Another rehab performance and assignment was necessary. We'll wait to see how he progresses and see what the next step will be."

Right-hander Jonathan Pettibone, who made a rehab start Tuesday with Triple-A Lehigh Valley, still feels some soreness in his right shoulder. He will see a doctor Thursday and will receive a MRI exam.
