PHILADELPHIA -- The Phillies announced their 2020 Spring Training schedule on Monday, and their Grapefruit League schedule runs from Feb. 22 through March 23.

They open on the road on Feb. 22 against the Tigers in Lakeland, Fla. They play their home opener at Spectrum Field in Clearwater, Fla., on Feb. 23.

Philadelphia will play 17 home games, including against the Orioles, Blue Jays, Braves, Red Sox, Yankees, Twins, Tigers and Rays. The Phillies will host the Blue Jays on St. Patrick’s Day on March 17, a game that is almost always a sellout.

The team plays its final Grapefruit League game March 23 against the Rays before opening the 2020 season on March 26 against the Marlins in Miami. The Phillies host the Brewers in their home opener on April 2 at Citizens Bank Park.

Philadelphia has not yet announced the dates for the first pitchers and catchers workout and first full-squad workout.
