This weekend, the Phillies will host the Atlanta Braves at Citizens Bank Park (September 28-30), during the final series of the season. Below are the top things to know.
Every day of the Phillies series, fans can bid on signed, new and game-used items in the Phillies Charities, Inc. auction through the Ballpark app until Monday, October 1. Items will be on display throughout the series at the First Base Gate Plaza starting on Friday, September 28.
Also on Friday, the Phillies will present the 2018 Paul Owens Awards to position player Austin Listi and left-handed pitcher David Parkinson before the 7:05 p.m. Phillies game. This award was established in 1986 to honor the top player and pitcher in the minor league system and named in honor of Paul Owens, who spent 48 years in the Phillies organization as a scout, farm director, general manager, manager and senior advisor. Presenting the award will be Paul Owens' grandchildren joined by Matt Klentak, Phillies Vice President and General Manager.
Friday is also the Phillies final #HighSchoolSeries. High school students - and their parents and teachers - are invited to go behind-the-scenes prior to the game and learn from Phillies executives. Other highlights include:

Prior to the 7:05 p.m. Phillies game on Saturday, September 29, the Phillies Major and Minor League Service Awards will be presented on-field. The Phillies Major League Community Service Award will be presented to Rhys Hoskins in recognition of his work with the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Philadelphia. Presenting the award will be John Weber, President of Phillies Charities, Inc.
Players in the Phillies minor league system volunteered nearly 900 hours during the 2018 season as part of the Step Up program. The Phillies Minor League Community Service Awards will be presented to the players with the highest number of volunteer hours for each minor league team:
Lee McDaniel, Phillies Director, Minor League Operations, will present the awards.
Also on Saturday, the Dallas Green Award will be presented to Phillies International Coordinator, Jesús Méndez. This award is presented annually to an amateur or professional scout who best exemplifies the Phillies' standard for scouting while demonstrating the same loyalty, work ethic and dedication as Dallas Green. Matt Klentak and Sal Agostinelli, Director, International Scouting, will present the award.
Fans are invited to join the Phillies for the final game of the season on Sunday, September 30, at 3:05 p.m., featuring prizes and surprises throughout the entire game. Plus, all fans will be given a PGW 2019 Schedule Fathead featuring Aaron Nola at the entrance gates.
Also on-field prior to Sunday's Phillies game, David Montgomery, Phillies Chairman, and Jean Ashburn, daughter of the late Phillies' Hall of Famer and broadcaster Richie Ashburn, will present Lee McDaniel with the newly-renamed Richie Ashburn & David Montgomery Special Achievement Award, presented annually to an employee who demonstrates the same loyalty, dedication and passion for baseball as the award's namesake.
Gate Openings: Ashburn Alley opens two hours prior to game time; all other gates open one and a half hours prior to game time.
