On Friday, July 24, the Phillies will officially start the 2020 season at Citizens Bank Park, with a three-game series against the Miami Marlins, followed by two games against the New York Yankees on July 27-28. The matchups are the first of a 60-game regular season schedule, with the Phillies exclusively playing teams in the National League East and American League East.

In total, the Phillies will play 30 games at Citizens Bank Park during the 2020 regular season. Due to current restrictions, fans will not be permitted in the ballpark. All games will be televised, with the local broadcast schedule to be announced soon. The Phillies will also be televised nationally on four select dates: ESPN Sunday Night Baseball on Sunday, August 23 and Sunday, August 30 (both games against the Atlanta Braves, 7:08 p.m.), and FOX on Thursday, August 27 (at the Washington Nationals, 7:15 p.m.) and Saturday, August 29 (versus the Atlanta Braves, 1:15 p.m.).

“We are excited for the start of Phillies baseball,” said John Weber, Phillies Senior Vice President, Ticket Operations and Projects. “On July 24, our players will take the field at Citizens Bank Park to officially kick off the season. The 2020 schedule features an exciting lineup that includes 40 games against our divisional rivals and 20 interleague matchups with AL East teams. We’re also looking forward to showcasing our team nationally during the four games selected by ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball and FOX.”

The Phillies’ home schedule also features 14 games in August against the Atlanta Braves (August 7-10 and August 28-30), Baltimore Orioles (August 11-13), New York Mets (August 14-16), and Washington Nationals (August 31). Then, September play kicks in with the conclusion of the Nationals series on September 1-3, followed by eight more home games for the season, with games against the Boston Red Sox (September 8-9), New York Mets (September 15-17) and Toronto Blue Jays (September 18-20).
