McDonald's Opening Nights, Mystery Bobblehead Day and more! Top Things to Know: Phillies vs. Mets (4/5-7)

Get ready as the Phillies are taking on the New York Mets on April 5-7 at Citizens Bank Park! Here’s a look at some of the fan highlights surrounding the series, as the Phillies continue to “Welcome Home” a limited number of fans to the ballpark.

Those attending the games should remember to mask up and be aware of the new safety guidelines at the ballpark. Fans can also stay informed by following the newly-launched @PhilliesCBP on Twitter and liking the official Citizens Bank Park Facebook page.

  1. Fans ages 15 and older will receive a McDonald's Opening Night T-Shirt at the entrance gates on Monday and Tuesday.
  2. Probable pitcher Matt Moore to take the mound on Monday, April 5, at the 7:05 p.m. game. The game will be broadcast on NBCSP+, 94 WIP and WTTM 1680, as well as available via live stream for authenticated subscribers on NBC Sports Philadelphia’s MyTeams app.
  3. Tuesday, April 6, features probable pitcher Chase Anderson at 7:05 p.m. The game will be broadcast on PHL 17, ESPN, 94 WIP and WTTM 1680.
  4. Wednesday, April 7, at the 4:05 p.m., probable pitcher Aaron Nola will take to the field. Plus, it’s Mystery Bobblehead Day. The first 1,250 fans that purchase this Theme Night Ticket will receive a coupon for one exclusive Mystery bobblehead. The game will also be broadcast on NBCSP, 94 WIP and WTTM 1680.
  5. Don’t forget! Aaron Nola, Bryce Harper and Andrew McCutchen autographed items are among the player items up for bid in the Phillies Charities, Inc. Auction, being held until noon on April 9 via the MLB Ballpark App (available on iOS and Android devices only).
  6. Also featured this Mets series is the Frontline Heroes Phanatic Dance presented by Toyota, taking place during the fifth inning of every game. Among the frontline workers taking part are Beth Conrad, Emergency Patient Care Technician (Monday) and James Weber, Advanced EMT & EMS Educator (Wednesday). Plus, if you haven’t already, be sure to check out the faces of the 41 frontline heroes featured in the street banners that surround Citizens Bank Park, a program also sponsored by Toyota.
