1/15/19: Phillies Prospect Event

The Phillies top minor league talent came to Citizens Bank Park to experience life in the major leagues - and they made sure some very deserving children battling cancer join the fun. On Tuesday evening, all 13 Phillies prospects (Kyle Dohy, Arquimedes Gamboa, Edgar Garcia, Tyler Gilbert, Deivi Grullon, Adam Haseley, Austin Listi, Mauricio Llovera, Adonis Medina, Mickey Moniak, Jose Pujols, Cornelius Randolph, Connor Seabold) in town teamed up with Kisses for Kyle, an organization that provides special experiences and financial assistance to families battling childhood cancer, by hosting a major league party for six brave children (ages 2-11) and their families. The prospects participated in multiple activities with the children, including batting practice in the indoor Phillies batting cages, arts and crafts in the media room, miniature golf and other games. Dinner was provided for the families to enjoy with the prospects before the activities begin. Guests were be given goodie bags, including baseballs for the players to sign and yellow Phillies Childhood Cancer Awareness hats. Photos by Miles Kennedy/Philadelphia Phillies
