Here's a look at Saturday’s top Minor League performers from each team's Top 30 Prospects list:

Royals: Bobby Witt Jr., SS (MLB No. 5), Triple-A Omaha
Look up the word “monster” in a dictionary and more than likely you’ll see Witt’s face right next to it. Baseball’s No. 5 overall prospect went 2-for-6, launching a grand slam into the Columbus sky, as Omaha beat the Clippers in a 13-10 slugfest. The 21-year-old shortstop collected five RBIs on the night, adding his fifth via a sixth-inning double. Witt has been unstoppable since joining the Storm Chasers, as he has a .981 OPS since his first game on July 20. Over the past five games, Witt has seven hits, four homers, eight runs scored and 11 RBIs in 23 at-bats.

Mets: Francisco Álvarez, C (MLB No. 32), High-A Brooklyn
Álvarez had himself a career night at the plate, coming just a single shy of the cycle as part of Brooklyn’s win over Hudson Valley. The 19-year-old backstop slugged his 14th home run of the year in the second, then laced a ball into the right-center gap for his first career triple in the sixth. He capped off his performance with a double in the eighth, but didn’t get that needed fifth at-bat in the ninth. Overall, Álvarez went 3-for-4 with two runs scored.

Rockies: Zac Veen, OF (MLB No. 37), Low-A Fresno
The No. 9 pick from the 2020 Draft extended his hitting streak to seven games in a big way against San Jose, going 3-for-4 and finishing the night a triple shy of the cycle. Veen started his night with a solo homer, his 13th, in the first, then hit a single and a double in his subsequent at-bats. He couldn’t get the most elusive leg of the cycle in his final at-bat, going down on strikes instead. Veen has been a thorn in the side of Low-A West pitchers, hitting .298 with a .920 OPS in his first taste of professional baseball. He also has a multihit game in each of the past five contests.

Rangers: Josh Jung, 3B (MLB No. 45), Double-A Frisco
Jung had a perfect night at the plate, going 3-for-3 with his 10th homer of the year. The Rangers' top prospect is hitting .307 with a scorching .914 OPS on the season. Jung was slumping a bit in August, hitting .200 through five games, but the three-hit performance ensured that slump wouldn’t last for long. His home run was a two-run shot in the third.

Angels: Davis Daniel, RHP (No. 18), Double-A Rocket City
Daniel didn’t have to toss eight scoreless innings against Chattanooga, as the Trash Pandas scored 14 runs in the contest, but he did it anyway, setting a career high in innings pitched. The Auburn product allowed just three hits and zero walks, striking out 11 in the process. He has recorded 21 total strikeouts across his past two starts and an even 100 on the year in just 73 innings. Davis now has a 2.73 ERA with Rocket City and four starts with double-digit strikeouts on the season.

Braves: Michael Harris II, OF (No. 9), High-A Rome
Greenville might have gotten the best of Rome, but Harris was a shining star for the Braves in an 11-3 loss. Harris, serving as the DH, went 2-for-4 at the dish with a home run, his sixth of the year, and an RBI double. His homer kicked off the scoring, while his two-bagger drove in the final run for Rome in the fifth. The third-round pick from the 2019 Draft is now hitting .294 with a solid .785 OPS  and 49 RBIs in 72 games.

Brewers: Antoine Kelly, LHP (No. 6), Low-A Carolina
After a few short starts with the Mudcats, Kelly turned in his finest work of 2021 so far, going 4 2/3 innings while allowing one run. The 6-foot-6 southpaw struck out seven, marking a season high and coming just one short of his career high. He allowed five hits and walked two. Kelly has made just four starts on the year, but he has slowly been ramping up his production. Saturday night marked the first time Kelly has completed more than four innings this season.

Cardinals: Malcom Nunez, 3B (No. 13), Double-A Springfield
Nunez had been struggling at the plate since joining Springfield in late June, but the 20-year-old put those troubles behind him, blasting two home runs in a 3-for-4 effort. He opened the scoring for the Cardinals in the fourth, launching a two-run blast to bring them within a run. His second homer came two innings later, a solo shot to give the Cardinals their first lead of the game. He added a single in his final at-bat to round out his stat line, but Springfield ultimately fell to Tulsa 7-5. Nunez lifted his OPS nearly 100 points on the night, improving from a .552 mark to .647.

Marlins: Eury Perez, RHP (No. 22), Low-A Jupiter
Perez has done nothing but impress in his first taste of Minor League ball this season, as the 18-year-old righty dominated once again for the Hammerheads. Perez went 4 2/3 innings in his 14th start of the year, limiting Tampa to just three walks and no hits. He struck out 11 in the game and got eight of the first nine outs via strikeout. He now has an ERA of 1.71 and 77 strikeouts in 52 2/3 innings pitched at the Low-A level.

Rays: John Doxakis, LHP (No. 25), High-A Bowling Green
Doxakis continued to build off a strong July where he had a 2.17 ERA in 29 innings across six games and turned in his second scoreless start since joining Bowling Green. The Tampa Bay prospect scattered two hits, both singles, and five strikeouts throughout five scoreless against Wilmington. He now has a 3.27 ERA with the Hot Rods and is striking out nearly a batter per inning.
