GROUP TICKET POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICIES FOR ALL 2018 GROUP PURCHASES

  • All group ticket sales are final. No refunds allowed. Exchanges are allowed only in the event of an official rainout or cancellation. For details on the specific policies for a game, please check pirates.com/raincheck for more information.
  • Opening Day groups require full payment at the time of purchase.
  • A weekend game (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) requires a minimum non-refundable $500 deposit for every 100 seats. Groups must reach 25% paid for their outing by Tuesday, January 16, 2018. After January 16, 2018, 25% of the total group outing will be required as the deposit. At 60 days prior to the desired game, a group will only be allowed to return up to 20% of the tickets they have on reserve with a max of 50 tickets. If a group deposit is placed after 60 days, no tickets may be returned. Full payment must be received no later than 45 days from desired game.
  • A weekday game (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday) requires a minimum non-refundable $250 deposit for every 100 seats purchased. Groups must reach 25% paid for their outing by Tuesday, January 16, 2018. After January 16, 2018, 25% of the total group outing will be required as the deposit. Full payment must be received no later than 30 days from desired game.
  • To ensure timely ticket delivery, payment in full is due no later than 45 days prior to a weekend game date, or 30 days prior to a weekday game date, otherwise all unpaid seats will be released.
  • Group discounts are not available on the day of the game or for Opening Day. For an updated list of discount eligible games, please contact the Group Sales department at grouptickets@pirates.com.
  • Placing a group deposit does not guarantee a specific game date or selected seating category. In a scenario in which there is no ticket availability for your first choice of seating category and/or game date the Pirates will offer another seating category and/or game option, but deposits are non-refundable. Please see the official Pittsburgh Pirates ticket policies for more details.

 

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICIES FOR GROUP FAN EXPERIENCE PACKAGES

  • There is a minimum non-refundable $500 deposit required for Catch on the Field, Color Guard (Weekend Games), Dugout Buddies, Fans of the Game, Field of Dreams, Group Salutes, High School Baseball games, Honorary First Pitch, Kids Take the Field, National Anthems, Team Photo on the Field, Warning Track Salutes, Warm-Up with the Bucs and Watch Batting Practice from the Field.
  • There is a minimum non-refundable $250 deposit required for Color Guard (Weekday Games) and Community Treasures.
  • All Group Fan Experience Packages require a signed agreement committing to full payment of respective ticket minimums.
  • By January 16, 2018, groups must reach 25% paid for their outing. After January 16, 2018, 25% of the total group outing will be required as the deposit.
  • For Weekend Game Group Fan Experience Packages, at 60 days prior to the desired game, a group will only be allowed to return up to 20% of the tickets they have on reserve with a max of 50 tickets. If a group deposit is placed after 60 days, no tickets may be returned. Full payment must be received no later than 45 days from desired game.
  • Full payment for Weekday games Group Fan Experience Packages is required 30 days prior to desired game date.
  • If full payment is not received within the 45 days (Weekend games) or 30 days (Weekday games), the group seats will be released, and the group will not participate in the requested Group Fan Experience Package.

 

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICIES FOR GROUP HOSPITALITY PACKAGES

  • A $1,000 deposit is required for Weekend games, and a $500 deposit is required for Weekday games. Deposits required for hospitality spaces are non-refundable.
  • To reserve The Picnic Park, a minimum ticket purchase of 30 tickets is required for all games. In addition to the ticket minimum, there is a revenue minimum. The revenue minimum is equal to the price of 30 tickets in the Corner Box seating category for the selected game.
  • To reserve the Miller Lite Rooftop, a minimum ticket purchase of 30 tickets and hospitality is required. Groups may be sold in increments of 30, 43, 47, and 70 or any combination of these amounts based on availability. Groups must purchase hospitality in addition to their tickets in the same amount as their number of tickets.
     
  • To reserve the Iron City Skull Bar, a minimum ticket purchase of 90 tickets and hospitality is required for any game. 
  • To reserve the Porch, a minimum ticket purchase of 25 tickets and hospitality is required for any game.
  • Full payment for Gold and Black game hospitality packages is 45 days prior to game date; for White games it is 30 days prior to game date.

 

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICIES FOR SUITE RENTALS

  • World Series Suites require a minimum non-refundable $1000 deposit, with full payment 45 days prior to desired Weekend game dates and full payment 30 days prior to desired Weekday game dates.
  • Gameday Luxury Suites require a minimum non-refundable $500 deposit, with full payment 45 days prior to desired Weekend game dates and full payment 30 days prior to desired Weekday game dates.
