Avoid waiting in line at the ticket office and save time by picking up or purchasing your Pirates tickets at a Kiosk.

There are now 24 Kiosks available in and around PNC Park.

  • Centerfield Gate (Clemente Bridge entrance)
  • Federal Street
  • Main Ticket Office (corner of Federal and General Robinson Streets)
  • Peoples Home Plate Gate

Instead of picking your tickets up at Will Call, pick your tickets up at one of the many pirates.com Kiosks!

How to pick up tickets at a Kiosk:

  1. Swipe the credit card you used in your transaction
  2. Confirm your order on the screen
  3. Print your Tickets!

KIOSK PURCHASE

Instead of waiting to buy tickets at the window, you can also purchase tickets at a Kiosk.

How to purchase tickets at a Kiosk:

  1. Choose the game you would like to purchase
  2. Select the number of seats
  3. Confirm your order
  4. Enter your credit card
  5. Print your tickets!
