The Pirates continue to encourage fans to adopt digital ticketing, whereby tickets can be printed at home or conveniently delivered to your mobile device. Digital ticketing allows us to deliver your tickets in a more timely manner, makes entering the ballpark more efficient and allows you to forward and resell your tickets easily. You will also have the print-at-home ticket delivery.

My Pirates Tickets is the go-to place to manage your Season Tickets online. This website gives you access to pay invoices, manage your tickets, and view a quick snapshot of your upcoming events. All Pirate Season Ticket Members have a My Pirates Tickets account. Contact your dedicated account representative or 1-800-BUY-BUCS customer service to learn how to access your account.

You can also manage your tickets at any time through the MLB Ballpark app. Log in to your My Tickets account through the app to forward tickets or scan your tickets at the gates for a paperless ballpark experience!
