What is the difference between a Theme Ticket and a promotion/giveaway?

Theme Tickets are special tickets for select games throughout the season that provide an opportunity for fans with shared interests to enjoy a game together. In order to receive access to Theme Ticket items or exclusive game-day activities, fans MUST purchase a Theme Ticket. 

How do I purchase a Theme Ticket?

You may purchase a Theme Ticket in one of the following avenues:

If my Theme Ticket comes with an exclusive item, am I guaranteed to receive it?

Yes - fans are guaranteed the item or experience associated with their Theme Ticket. 

Where do I pick up Theme Ticket giveaway item?

You may pick up your Theme Ticket item on the day of the game at the Pirates Treasure Chest - located at the bottom of the Peoples Home Plate Rotunda. The Treasure Chest is open 1 1/2 hours prior to game time, until the end of the 3rd inning. 

Do I need anything to pick up my item?

You'll need your Pirates game ticket. A representative at the Treasure Chest will scan the barcode on your ticket to verify it's a Theme Night ticket and present you with your item. 

How will I access my Theme Ticket?

Theme Tickets will only be available via Digital Tickets at Home Delivery. You can log into your My Pirates Tickets account and print them or have them delivered right to your phone via the MLB Ballpark app. If purchasing a group of 10 or more from a Pirates Ticketing Representative, you will be able to have the option to have your tickets printed.  

If I have multiple Theme Tickets, can I pick up items for other members of my group?

Yes, one person may pick up multiple Theme items. You must present the other guests theme tickets for each item being picked up.
