The Chicago Cubs today announced they have signed a total of 24 players selected in the 2016 First-Year Player Draft in advance of today's signing deadline.
 
Since the last update, the Cubs signed three players: RHP Michael Rucker (11th round), infielder Delvin Zinn (23rd round) and RHP Nathan Sweeney (33rd round).
