Mets activate Brandon Nimmo/option RHP Tyler Pill

Nimmo is batting .350 (7-20) with two RBI in 15 games for the Mets this season.

The New York Mets today announced they have recalled outfielder Brandon Nimmo from his rehabilitation assignment, activated him from the 10-Day Disabled List and optioned righthanded pitcher Tyler Pill to Las Vegas (AAA) of the Pacific Coast League.
Nimmo went 4-15 (.267) in four rehabilitation games with Las Vegas. He has been on the DL since July 5 with a partially collapsed lung. The Wyoming native is batting .350 (7-20) with two RBI in 15 games for the Mets this season.
