Right-handed pitcher Chris Stratton, who was acquired yesterday from Los Angeles (AL), has joined the club in St. Louis and has been added to the 25-man active roster.

To make room for Stratton, right-handed pitcher Dovydas Neverauskas has been optioned to Triple-A Indianapolis.
