The 26-year-old Milbrath went a combined 5-3 with four saves, a 3.02 ERA (56.2ip/19er) and 63 strikeouts in 30 relief appearances last season between Single-A Lynchburg and Double-A Akron.
Since being selected by the Indians in the 2013 First-Year Player Draft, Milbrath has recorded a career record of 20-33 with 12 saves, a 4.33 ERA (405.1ip/195er) and 352 strikeouts in 139 appearances (49 starts) in the minors.
